  I use a printer to print on RightFax.  It uses a separate print processor to direct the output to the printer on the Client RightFax.  As long as I use RFPrint.dll to print processor, AdobeReader 11.1 will not work with a printer using the custom print processor.  The only way around this is to uncheck "Enable protected at Startup Mode".  Is there a way to tell Adobe reader that this printer or the print processor is allowed to print?

  Updated my Z10 (on a BES in single mode of work) to 10.2 this morning and now the phone has been lacking in mode balance with all my photos end up on a personal level?

  My BES reported the phone is at version 10.2.0.1791 but my phone displays version 10.2.0.424, I do not have the 'new' versions on my phone and I've tried a soft and hard reboot.

• How do RV082 access secure web sites load balanced mode

  I just bought a gateway/router RV082 Dual WAN because I have both cable and DSL feeds in my office. Everything works fine until I try to access a secure web site or have a conversation through my Vonage internet phone. In failover mode all works. As soon as I select Load Balancing, I have outages. I do not see this listed anywhere as a 'problem' so there must be some kind of workaround if this isn't a bug. Has anyone else seen this and how did you resolve teas?

  The problem you are having is your doing load balancing and traffic to the secure Web site is to get out the two wan.  The secure site is waiting for a response from the original wan ip, which has established the connection, and then it receives the response from the other wan ip address.  It is a common problem.  You can do protocol binding tab management system and have everything that your https traffic out a single IP wan, this will fix this issue.

  Ive tried several times to change the profile to silent mode and for some reason, on that I always get a tone when I get a BBM even with quiet mode.  Ive turned off all the BBM and BBM group silent mode settings and nothing works.

  I appreciate any help I can get as it's a pain when im in a meeting and he goes off on me.

  I had similar problem and found only one contact was a special ringtone that might work in silent mode.

  It took me a while to notice who did the BBM to remove only a single contact.

  Hi, I have a TouchSmart tm2 laptop with Windows 7. I noticed that my protected Internet Mode was turned off during the last 2 weeks. Twice I called HP Customer Service was on the phone for more than 4 hours between the 2 calls & again, they were not able to turn it back on.   McAfee is probably the worst choice for an antivirus in any operating system. I recommend (trade) of NOD32, Avast or Avira (free versions available). Your XP in XP Mode is a real operating system and need the same protection as if it was running on a separate computer. The antivirus installed on the host (Win7) system has nothing to do with XP on virtual machine (XP Mode).
