• BBM renamed notification each time in BBM sign

  Whenever I connect to BBM, I always get a new notification in my profile that said comments that I changed my name to something like "% email-random_number" where % email is my email and random_number % is 5-digit number.

  Despite this notice, the name that appears in my profile was intact. I use the last BBM in Android KitKat. I would like to know what is the meaning of the present notification and what could cause it.

  Can anyone help?  How can I clear the flag for a new notification when there is no new notification.

  I turned the phone on and off, rebooted and deleted the data.  Nothing.

  Welcome to the community,

  I came across this before, the issue I found was related to the Facebook app. Try to uninstall the updates to Facebook uninstall, once this simply update or reinstall the software, the notification should be gone.

  You can also try to boot into safe mode before trying the above, this could force the application to delete its pool of notifications.

• New notification icon Smartphones blackBerry - what is - this?

  Suddenly today, when I look at my phone (vertically), under the date and time, a new notification icon appear: it shows a circle with an arrow from the upper-right of the circle down to the left, with a small star at the beginning of the arrow (at the top of the page right where the line begins). As with all my notifications, there is a number next to it (i.e. next to the message with a star icon - it will be the number of emails that are new).   Verizon did not know what it is - do you?  I tried to show what it looks like, below.   Thank you

• New vCenter Server 4.1 "check new notifications" task queue much

  No idea why I would see as 30 spots in my console of vCenter showing "check new notifications" with the State in queue? See screenshot.

  I'm sure this has something to do with VMware Update Manager.  As you can see in your it screenshot shows an element in queue for 'patch download definitions' I try and restart your service VUM and see what happens.

• No new Notification of Message

  I have a 5 s iPhone, T-Mobile is the carrier, and it is running iOS 9.3.5. I do not receive the text message notification on my lock screen. I see also is no longer the little bubble of red on the app message number, when I receive new text messages. This occurs regardless whether if I get an iMessage, or a text from a non-iPhone. I went through notification settings and made sure the messages were lit. I also made sure "do not disturb" has been disabled. As a last ditch, I tried power down and restart. But I do not always receive new message notifications.

  You have a very good start so far with the reboot and check your Notifications settings. Here what I would recommend to reset the network settings on your iPhone. This will remove all your content and your data, it will simply erase the preferences of your Wi - Fi and the cellular network and set them to their default value and download the latest settings from your provider. You have to reenter your Wi - Fi password after resetting.

  To reset, you can go to settings > general > reset > reset network settings.

  Settings > Notifications > select profile > customize the App Notifications > select app and change the settings for the app

  Hi on my s3 when I opened the bbm and choose a sound it only shows that a few not all my sounds notification someone knows why this is? Thank you :-)

  Ive sort this I moved the sounds to the notification folder in the phone and it did not always work, but after a reboot of the phone they seemed :-)

  Hello, am happy they have added this feature to BBM on Android, but the problem is that I can't click on it on BBM, it seems like the whole (button) is not operational, all other buttons are clickable and works perfectly, but not the '+ Add Catergory', I hope someone has a solution that can post here, or we get a new update setting for devices that are facing this problem. I have a galaxy S2 i9100, I know that few people have the same problem, others are not good, I hope they notice this bug and fix as soon as possible.

  I found a solution for this problem , I found a back door on how to add a category instead of this button in the menu, go to contacts > stranglehold on a contact you want to put in a category > select move contact > buttom of the page, you will find a button that says "+ Add category, this one is clickable" , you can add categories from here I hope this helps people who have the same problem!

  I have a bold blackerry 9790 and my blackberry world says that there are currently no new upogrades for bbm. However I read about a new update of bbm on Web sites and hear things from my friends who use it. Can someone advise me on when it will be available for my phone, or why I have not upgraded yet?

  If you are talking about the most recent update published BBM on 31/10/2014 that includes timer and retraction of message, then you can't. The update was available to users of Android, iOS, and BlackBerry 10. No update for Blackberry OS legacy still. See you soon!

  Hello! Version 1.2.0.10 came out on October 29 and can be found in the Windows store

• BlackBerry Smartphones LED keeps flashing, even when there is no new notification

  The LED on my BlackBerry keeps flashing and I can't work out why. I have no new emails, messages, Facebook notifications, Twitter mentions, appointments/calendar of events and the LED does not flash for new articles in TIME magazine app in any way. None of the other applications has nothing to tell me of one.

  I've updated the OS for a long time, so I don't see that being the cause of the problem, which means that I can't work on why the led continues to blink, unless my BlackBerry is broken.

  Has anyone else had this problem?

  Hi sorry it took me so long to answer, I read the email on my BB and then forgot about it. I discovered that it is the application that I use for Twitter, which has been the cause, whenever a new tweet came in my editing it would be flash alert me and sometimes it seems to go a little crazy himself and not stop blinking, but whatever it takes, it's for me to close the application.

• HRSSA - error when using details of FYI with new Notification hire

  
  We are 12.1.3 implmenting HRSSA (Manager Self Service) and are a problem, try to use the parameter of FYI details with the new hiring process in Manager Self Service.  Currently, I have a beautiful SR with Oracle, but I was wondering if someone could give me advice on what else to try.  I put the & pNtfFyiDetails = Y in the function HR_NEW_HIRE_MGR_SS and it causes an error.  We have no problem with the change of status of worker using the FYI notification details, it normally ends and sends details of FYI in email notification.

  I put the parameter in the HR_NEW_HIRE_MGR_SS se and then also added to the HR_NEW_HIRE_MGR function.  I did a search on the internet and found a post where the answer has been added to these two functions.  He mistakes so be it.  Enamel is actually ever sent to the recipient FYI and the notification in the worklist application has the same error as seen through workflow status monitor when I click on the notification:

  There is a Bug on the site of oracle, who suggested adding a patch that would bring versions of the package at a certain level.  We are already beyond this level of version.

  Someone had problems with this or know what it is, we can try to work around it and get details of FYI to appear in the notification.
