iPhone 6s does not illuminate

My iPhone 6 s began to turn off without reason, even when the battery said 70% or more. It restarts and then say loaded. Two days passed like this and then phone should be connected do not turn off. Then the phone will not turn back. The charging symbol would come right on. I took the phone to the genius bar and taught the battery was good but internal problem and there was nothing that could be done, I just have a dead phone. I was told it happens sometimes. Really. I have a phone that is around the age of 15 months and now it's a paperweight. If I had done something then I would say OK but to be said, that happens sometimes and just buy a new. Well. While there - 2 other people were at my table with the same problem. Fortunately for them they both bought their phone in the last 6 months so received a new. I'm so angry. I need a phone for work, but cannot afford a new iPhone. I am now using s flip phone and going crazy. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do with this phone.

If you have a 6 s, you have it less than a year. It was not available until September 2015. Therefore, it is still under warranty. If it is in fact an earlier model, you can still be able to get an output of warranty replacement for a lot cheaper than the price of a new phone.

The backup of the iPhone 6 is not compatible with the iPhone 4. Just a guess.

That is right. The requires iTunes 12.3.3 and in order to get it, you will need to update OS X to El Capitan. That's how Apple has created for better or worse, I'm sorry.
