BB link 1.1.1.26 software BlackBerry cannot connect to your BlackBerry ID confirm you are connected to the Internet and try again.

I'm having a problem with BlackBerry link 1.1.1.26.  I installed, removed and reinstalled several times and have not been able to find a solution.  Once the link is installed and I have running, click on the "Sign In" button and then showed up with an error message saying "unable to connect to your BlackBerry ID."  Confirm you are connected to the Internet and try again "(Win 8 64-bit) office is certainly connected to the internet, using for this post as we speak.  Configuration of simple network DSL modem, router and wi - fi, no firewall company or related issues.  I tried to disable the firewall, and windows defender, reboot and nothing seems to work.  Once I had it connect after a new installation, but the next time I loaded, he was presented with the same error.  Does anyone have any ideas or patches?  Get very frustrating and want out of the file sharing facility.

Thanks a lot for your help!

Rick

I was able to get the link to work yesterday by doing a complete uninstall of the BB and BB Desktop Manager link.  Restart, running a registry cleaner, by restarting again and do a new installation of link BB.  It now seems to work.  I tried a few times and after several reboots it always seems to work.

Yes, I had checked before the windows firewall State, and there has been exceptions for active link.  I also tried turning off the firewall completely and windows defender, but which had not worked.

Delete a few files TEMP this morning and AOL and Firefox no longer works. AOL will again and removed all traces of the first installation of Firefox and downloaded a new version of Firefox. The program opens, but it immediately goes into a status of "not responding" and appears in the tab 'connection '. Cannot click on anything on the Firefox screen. Need to go to the Task Manager to kill the program. Have removed and reinstalled several times. Disconnected the firewall and antivirus. Again and always get the same result. Tried in safe mode. Hello

You only need to connect onve, and then you meet the demand.

I ran twice and I can't logically explain why it occurs.

On first installation I finally have the PC connected directly to the cable modem, after disabling the firewall software.

It took about 6 hours with Kapersky to ensure that he did not get infected. It was a friends DM 4.5

The second was total frustration with version 4.7. On my network.

I, like you, have the routers and firewalls in front of the cable router if I had a packet sniffer, it would have been easier to trace.

I reasoned that the PC and applications like explore and Outlook can access internet with out fail.

I then followed the gateway IP address for my PC.

In Windows click on start, then run, then type 'cmd' and press ENTER to open a DOS window.
-In this window type "ipconfig" and press ENTER.
-L' display the IP Ethernet the subpattern options, etc..  'Default gateway' is what you need.

-Copy the IP address of the default gateway.

Then, I started the Blackberry device manager and open the properties Blackberry icon in the systray.

I was trying to see if I could find what the Office Manager was trying to access, or at least which way he wanted to.

I found the Blackberry router configuration tab. Click at the bottom right "activate the bindings defined by the user.

So basically, you can provide a route to bypass "static route. I entered my gateway address default PC, hit apply and OK.

I did a cold start system, began the DM and he never moans, simply press on the internet and I couldn't access to the

synchronization options. It worked without changing the settings of firewall or a router. I deliberately left it in place that that

Gateway IP worked for another program on my PC. (I have mu PC configuration to device on the home network.

After constant running for a few weeks, I went and deleted the bypass address. 4.7 installation has yet to miss a

    Beat.

Well, I broke probably 87 regulations of the FCC, all agreements of the RIM, but it worked for me. !

If I'm not here tomorrow have a drin for me at the party!

I just installed the 5.0 Desktop Manager and never had the problem.

    So, basically, it's your call!

The worst that can happen is it doesn't work and close down more away, the best that happens is that you logged.

I recommend you do a program of "sniffer". This is the one suggested by Blackberry in the KB article

(Packet capture tool (for example, Wireshark®))

Let us know what you think.
    Thank you

    Hello

    ·          When the issue started?

Step 1: Try to scan the computer using Antivirus software because this problem can occur if the computer is infected with the virus. You can use the Microsoft Security Analyzer by clicking on the link: http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/

Note: once a virus is removed, you will need to reinstall some software, or restore lost information.

Step 2: Check if the problem persists in Mode without failure.

    Hi there @yotboy,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!  I understand that you have a problem with some photo software does not connect to the internet.  I'm happy to give you a helping hand with this.

First of all, I would recommend a quick test. Temporarily disable your firewall software and then test the photo software. So now you know the question works with the firewall, otherwise the question is the software itself, in which case you need to contact the Publisher of the software support page.

Please let me know if it works for you and if it does not solve your problem, please mark this message as a solution. Bravo would be appreciated as well.

  • I can't go on the internet, and all my software does not work

And after that, I tried to go on the internet and he claims that the msn.exec shortcut is not available and I had to go to search for, but I had no luck. My MSN, Internet Explorer, Safari, Google Chrome, and many other software (ie iTunes, Zune) who all worked before putting the disk of Norton, is no longer work. My daughter portable computer works very well, and the internet connection is still strong. I called Microsoft and they said that it has something to do with the IP address, it is a mistake. Someone knows how to fix this? Greatly appreciated, thanks!
