• Missing Mac 8.1 Windows partition and Bootcamp

  So, I have seen very similar messages and followed several forums, but I can't yet figure out what to do next.

  I have 8.1 Windows on my Mac.  I wanted to repartition the Windows partition and make bigger it because I was running low on space, and the Windows partition is what I use it mostly for graduate studies.  About a year ago, I took an easy youtube video and used Mini Wizard Partition re-partition space and it worked perfectly.  I have found the same video and tried to repartition the Windows partition again, but apparently I royally screwed up.

  My BootCamp is not yet visible more in disk utility.  Under the partitions, there is an option called "disk0s4" greyed, but I'm not allowed to do something with it.  I can't verify or repair.  If I go to Applications, BootCamp Assistant is there, but he wants me to start the installation of BootCamp.  It was not an option to restart Windows more, and when I turned on with alt + market, Windows was not an option more.

  and when I restarted my Mac, restart Windows was an option. So I thought that I fixed it! EVIL.  My screen was black and said: 'Missing Operating System '.

  I downloaded EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard for Mac (because it was another suggestion), and I was able to recover and see the files on the NTFS disk0s4, so I'm quite positive, they have not all been completely erased.  Or at least the part of basic Windows is still there.  I can't recover the drive to anything, because it tells me that I will just be fitness on the same drive, and I honestly don't know how to retrieve these files will help with the side of the partition of things.

  I also used TestDisk and it seemed to find my missing partition, but in the middle of analysing it, it says something like "disk too small."  After further research, I went through and took only the most recent score that seemed to be deleted with NTFS, and when you are trying to do, it would allow me to make a 'logic' partition because he said something in red, as 'bad file.'

  My Mac still works perfectly, but I'm terribly need to recover my windows.  All suggestions are useful!  Thank you!

  I followed the suggestions of the post, but I was not allowed to use the option of 3 4 5 or rather 2 3 4 type, because #5 has been "too big or did not exist."  I'm at the point where I should be typing w (write) but I won't enter this command if it is not correct.

  Hi, is there anyone who can help me to save my data I had on my laptop Equium A60. The system displays this message when I boot it "WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM" IS DAMAGED or MISSING. I got my disk to RESTORE but it clealy invite, a warning message that all my data would be lost for the default setting is installed. I will definitely use this disc, but before that I need my data. Please also note that Windows XP is running on my system.

  The problem occurred when I installed the drivers for a BLUETOOTH dongle. The installation was perfect but when I rebooted my windows the above error msg appears and I can't get into windows. I used the F8 key and tried all the option here but none of them worked and I took them to the same message.

  I would appreciate if someone can help me in this matter.

  Hello Adnan,

  There is unfortunately no way to load your operating system with the error you describe. As you have already discovered it does not load even in 'SAFE' mode

  This means that you only options for recovery are: -.

  1 reinstall the recovery CDs (which will lose all your data during the re-form)

  2 try to recover the situation by using a Microsoft Installation CD authentic (by using the Recovery Console)

  3 remove the hard drive from your laptop and screw (with a USB caddy) to another PC so that you can
  Retrieve your data befor using option 1 above.

  Option 3 would probably be your best way to recover and would mean that you would not lose your data.

  I also recommend that you invest in a proper backup strategy (possibly drive external hard USB and a utility such as Norton Ghost or Acronis True Image) so that you can protect your system from such incidents in the future.

• A return on investment in an array of reading?

  I have existing directories of TIFF with whom I need to only target not follow.  Attached, is an example of the beginning of a VI to read images in a table so that I can deal with them.

  To generate a rectangle for "IMAQ Extract" I need to slide a return on investment in the first picture in the table, so I have a starting point.  BUT I do not see how to then get the parameters of return on investment.  I watched the "Pattern Matching Example.vi" in the 2010\examples\Vision\...... \Labview subdirectory and I think I can sort of see how they make the return on investment with a SINGLE image, but I can't understand how to do the same with the table.

  What I'm missing here?  I figure that a return on investment should depend on the frame size-only and have no reference to array index, but I see nothing in the node of the array property.

  You must get the reference to the array element and then cast to the specific reference type.  Then, you will be able to read the property KING which will be common to all elements in the array.

  Of course, you must have a return on investment before that the property returns anything.

  Hoping that someone like Barb Bowman (or a person with any with any part of the Windows Media Center team still it exists) can help me with this.  I'm missing a channel in my programming.  His 668 (Discovery HD) channel, and my program guide is for Seattle, Comcast King County South (digital). I spoke with Comcast, with Ceton Corp (manufacturing of my digital cable tuner card) and with Zap2it (info guide provider program for WMC).  All of them confirm what a) 668 is in my registration, b) 668 is tunable my card, and c) 668 announces are included in the current program guide data from Zap2it.  My data to guide program is also completely updated according to WMC. Zap2it has suggested that I use this site to submit the question to Microsoft:

• Applications for blackBerry Smartphones missing 4.5.0.77

  I'm with Telus and I downloaded the new 4.5 which was available on the Blackberry site by using the application loader.   I have not used Illustrator CC 2015 on my PC Windows 10 in a few weeks. When I left everything was fine. I opened a large file today and I get the following message. The plugin is actually in the folders and filters in Photoshop. I moved a copy of it to get out of there and put it directly in the Plugins folder in Illustrator so see if it would get picked up. No help.

  I think I have it solved. Normally I'll spend several hours trying to solve a problem before as I have throw a post on a forum. In this case, I'm under the gun, and on a tight schedule. I was looking to see if I could get a quick solution and so you two faced a long discussion. Now, after missing my deadline, I have invested 4 or so hours trying to solve this problem and believe I found and learned a few things. I am report back in case it helps someone else.

  Scenario:

  I have a very, very heavy file with 1000 layers. It takes my machine really warm about 1.5 minutes has just opened. I have about 50 related images. I'm finished with the period of 4 months to about 90 percent of the project and stopped working on it at Christmas. Last week I opened for work and received the message that started this thread. Located in fear. I was going to lose 4 months of work?

  Good things:

  1. the file would open after dismissing the error message

  2. the other files and new files would open without error message (it should have been a clue for me, more on that later)

  3. I tried my Illustrator installation files and the file (MultiPlugin.8bf Standard) was there and in the appropriate folder. Because the file is in a folder called "Filters Photoshop" I assume that this question was bitmap and not vectorized associates.

  Bad things:

  1. it worries me when I get the error messages and always try to eradicate them

  2. I assumed it was a problem worldwide and used the CC Adobe cleaner. Be very careful with this or you will remove all your CC applications. Yes, I did.

  What fixed it:

  1. I opened the original file and began to remove groups of related files. I had over 50 do I did blocks of 10, re-recorded and reopened to see if the error still persists. This was the case until the last 13 linked images (all in the same file .png)

  2. I tried to remove the link, but couldn't. Found that there was a clipping path, released the path and then was able to delete all the objects that use this .png.

  3 re-recorded and reopened the case. It is open without the error. Yes.

  4. re-opened the original case and went to these 13 files related and deleted again. It worked.

  5. open as .png in Photoshop and re-recorded it as a .jpg file.

  6 reopen the original file has replaced the .png with .jpg and it opened correctly

  So, something has happened which caused this .png to bad work and break the plugin. I have not tested to rebind the .png to see if the problem is still left I really need to get back to work. In my zeal to trust the program Adobe Cleaner I removed all my applications CC strong and healthy by mistake and am now having to contact sellers plugin auth codes and reset of the 'too many facilities' questions and try to get back to where I was with Photoshop, After Effects, etc.

  I just started to work on a project after update to the beta version of OSX El Capitan a week previously. and I got my first "uh - oh" moment.

  the check boxes in the dialog box 'options' for pdf import/investment is missing;

  is there a work around that?

  I do not know if it's just a problem of indesign or if it is caused by the operating system. I saw the flash options once since the update; but I'm afraid I can't find a way around it.

  Yes, it is - if you hold the SHIFT key while clicking on OK your selected file, the import dialog box options should appear.

• I downloaded a demo of Dreamweaver CS6 CC - missing items

  The search bar which must be located at the top right of the page is missing, what are workspaces predefined such as "classic" and "developer". I started just for hosting & Development and thought that I would invest in the whole of the suite CS6, although it was a bit of a problem. Support cat Adobe told me that they could only help me as soon as I buy the suite, although I'm not going to do this until I can find on this issue can be fixed and how I can get these missing elements. Everyone knows the same thing? I use Windows 8, and in my programs and features, he says I use Dreamweaver CS6 CC 13 version.

  The "missing" elements in your screenshot not lacking - they were in CS6, that they were abducted in CC.

  Dreamweaver CS6 (v.12) and Dreamweaver CC (v.13) are two different versions of Dreamweaver. Looks like you are under CC and think it's CS6.

  You compare the CS6 (v.12) interface with the interface (v.13) CC - and very little has changed.

  The "missing" elements have been removed by Adobe to simplify the DW CC interface.

  Services CS Live have been abandoned by Adobe in 2012 and early 2013, while the button has been removed in CC.

• PES 6 missing folder to install actions

  For some reason, Miss me the path to install actions on my Mac.  The path I take is ~ Library\Application Support\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\6.0\Photo Creations\Photo effects.  The way miss me is ~ \6.0\Photo Creations\Photo effects.  I think it may have been my fault, I thought I copied the photo effects files and saved on my external hard drive, I have since cleaned my DHM and deleted from the Recycle Bin.  My effects are still working to post-secondary studies, but we can't find the folder with the folder Photo Effects.  I did a search on my computer and external components, and nothing appears.  I think I have to do an uninstall and reinstall in order to retrieve the path.

  Any idea about my problem is highly appreciated

  You can't find this file by searching in spotlight. My guess is that you should be looking in the library of false - this is the top level of your hard drive, not your username > library and not system > library. If you had inadvertently trashed these files, they wouldn't even work in PSE. (they still work to do, Don't they, not only appear in the palette)?

• Just the songs/video missing?

  I have an iPhone 7 more than 128 GB. Unfortunately when I click on 'Video' app on my iPhone, all my music videos, that I bought from iTunes disappeared and moved to the application 'Music'. Now, it's really confusing. Apple seems to break the apps more than fixing. Why? before iOS 10 never comes, iOS 9 worked very well and all my music videos are in the 'Video' app, all my songs are in the "Music" app, not more, there now appear to be broken, involved putting each of them in the application 'music '. Even when I play the video clip in the application of the 'Video' on iOS 9 which usually have closed captions on it, now on iOS 10 in the application 'music' don't have it anymore. ITunes on my PC play subtitles on the music video, I need this back on my iPhone! I have total of 401 songs [for the most part, are ripped from my CDs and some songs are purchased from iTunes included music videos purchased on iTunes] and only 333 is transferred to my iPhone and 68 are missing. I get most videos music and songs that I bought in gray [68 of them are]. I even went to "Purchased" and redownload everything and it remains grayed out... Help? and apple please give these clips in the app "Video!" PLEASE?

  The following steps should help with the erratic behavior of synchronization, including the formidable gray traces with dotted circles. They assume that all the content you want on the device in your lending library for the restoration. If not see recover your iTunes from your iPod or an iOS device first. I would also recommend you copy everything off of the camera, if you have not already.

  1. Backup device.
  2. Restoration as a new device.
  3. Restore the backup that you made earlier.

  Use a backup encrypted if you want to keep passwords, wi - fi settings, history and health web data as appropriate.

  I upgraded to Sierra and for some reason any in Mac Mail, the subject line has completely disappeared. I can see part of it in the preview to the left, as well as the sender and first line or more. How to make the subject line in the view on the far right in Mac Mail?

  OMG I can't believe that everything they did was move and remove the label: "subject"! It appears right under the sender and before "to: I was so use to see above the gray line separating the headers from the body of the email, I was totally missing it! Thanks to all of you who have read my question!

• Mail for Mac OS Sierra missing attachments

  In many of my emails, attachments are missing. I have about 10 imap and pop3 accounts in my mac mail.

  I use this for work and get 50-100 emails with attachment of accounts per day.

  I know it's a bug, but someone already have a practical solution until the bug is fixed?
