  Ok. You have not provided this information before. So my previous post was a waste of time. You will need to buy HP recovery media.   Hello

  Go to the BIOS.
  Disable secure boot and pass the CSM UEFI.
  Save the changes and now you should be able to boot from the Windows 7 disc.
