How this is done? I guess a liberal use of Trapcode form, but how the text is revealed? Maybe I'm thining a cache alpha but y at - it an easy way to do this type of effect.

This is one of the many ways to do it:
Duplicate the text and you need to precompose it. The precomp has transparency, and you can animate multiple instances of the Choker of AE mere combined sanding the edges. Use this precomp as matte for the text.
It has a gradient that goes in the direction of the letter, and not running through the letter as a whole object.

Anti-aliasing of text in Fireworks is sometimes not as fine as I'd like. If I have a text element important, I'll often create the image at 2 or 4 times the size that I want to export, and then reduce the image flattened.

I guess that this has been done with some stoke footage of smoke used as hiding luma. Basically it just load some good footage of smoke, put it in a layer above the one you want that effect on and then change the matte of the lower layer affecting "Luma".

Just add a levels adjustment layer. Move the black slider 'exit' to the right to kill blacks, and the cursor entry Central (gamma) to the right to darken
I like this effect, but may not know how they got those dark lines darker around their tables (sort of a box of broken lines upwards) around their tables. I tried all the brush and effect tools I could think, but know need to ask the experts! Thank you much in advance. Buffmin
Just a guess, but they may have made an image with texture, then paint on a mask to make it transparent. The tip is positioned in the HTML code that it overlays the background and properly aligned on the text.
When I send a text message and mobile data are off, it is not given, but I do not see this message for a few minutes. I can then refer using "send as a text message. How can I 'send as a text message' in the first place?
You can wrap text around a picture in E10 by using the rich editor? You cannot superimpose an image and an area of just text, so how would this work?

It looks like the oil paint filter, with perhaps a slight blur. (Could be the picture too; every photo reacts differently). Oil paint is located under the filter > esthetics > oil painting. (Note that it is the latest version of Photoshop CC).
