  How can I make this ball of vector or circle as a whole form that I can change color as I want.

  

  I was able to do after sticking a halftone vector and culture then a circle with top with some PathFinder commands. Somehow I could have done it wrong because I had to erase a small circles. I want to do everything with the circle of patern of mixed together as a unit.

  You can fill a circle with one of the models of halftone color chart > models > basic graphics > Graphics_Dots base.

  Select the full circle and then use ADSI > edit colors > redefine to turn black in color.

  Looks like you have a line on it. Select the image and the race set to None.

  Hi Troy,

  This is probably connected with the region setting in system preferences > language and text. Several countries use the sign $ as their monetary symbol.

  Browse from the context menu in the preferences to see which is the "naked" in your area and who to choose as your marker for amounts in US dollars.

  The symbol has no effect on the number of underlyings.

  I'm not really that new to photoshop, but I can't figure out how to make this background effect. I'm sure that the noise filter was used and I thought that the wind one as well. I am referring to the grainy groundswell or anything either. Also how are the waves of light made of? than just a blur?

  

  I've recreated a background...

  I painted on the back with soft brushes to generate a light model not unlike that of the original image.  Then I added a little noise, it fades a little, then used the feature of blur to give streaks.  Then a few extra paint, burning, dodging, USM to taste.  Work slowly, subtly.  Set your brush at a low rate and use the screen blend mode when adding light to a stack of image or layer.

  Make the foreground reflection I did a new layer with just the car, blurred motion, he, then hidden so just that at the bottom would show.  We can do more, as the overlay to an image of car returned with a very low opacity and progressive blur using the Gallery of Blur and something like the tilt/shift function.

  I've included the PSD here so you can see how I have layers there.

  You cannot synchronize in usb or wifi if you subscribe to the Apple's music. The basic principle of the AM is that your iTunes library is scanned to determine what can be matched or must be downloaded. Once completed, all the music you will be available to listen to or download on your iOS device.

  1 when was the last time it was working fine?

  2. did you of recent changes on the computer?

  3. only happens in the pictures folder?

  Check and make sure that the bottom of settings is set correctly on the computer.

  (a) in the currently open folder, click organize on the toolbar, and then click folder and Search Options.

  (b) click on the view tab, and then deselect the always show icons, never thumbnails check box.

  (c) click on apply and OK
