beep continuous sound occurring

While turning on my laptop continuous beep coming... and my system just don't dΘmarre... crashes in screen "starting windows..." Help, please! is my laptop model: 2005ax Pavilion g6

Hello s_k_s,

It is a strange question! The keyboard should not affect the touchpad, because they are two pieces completely equipment with independent drivers and wiring. Have you tried reinstalling the keyboard or the restoration of the system, as mentioned in my previous post?

Here are the important steps for us to determine the problem.

Let me know the results of these measures.

  • Laptop stuck on Windows 7 loading screen, beeps continuously

    Acer Aspire 4810 t / 4810 t / 4410-T series

My classmate laptop is stuck at the loading/starting Windows screen 7 (the black) and it beeps continuously (until I turn it off). This happens only on NORMAL startup, as reboot or adequate powering.
I have already put the RAM, but the problem persists. I noticed the HARD drive light flashes in conjunction with beeps so I tried to get that too, but it does not solve the problem either.

Any other ideas? Should be replaced already?

  • Alienware X 51 R1 will beep continuously during the beginning upward

    Hello

Recently, my X 51 R1 suddenly restarted in the middle of a program (windows Explorer), then it beeps continuously during startup and no image appeared on the screen.  I searched on the net for similar cases and discovered that it was perhaps because of the motherboard.  I have used it for 1 year and 8 months now. The only hardware upgrade I did changed the stock GTX 555 OEM to a reference of 660Ti Palit GTX card (December 2013).

In order to address the issue of beep, I reinstalled my video card, then waited several minutes before turning on the machine (by the way, I put my X 51 on a vertical position).  The same thing happened again.

After that, I reinstalled my card RAM and video then waited for several minutes.  I turned on the machine while on a horizontal, position and it started without errors.

What can be the cause of the problem beep? If there is something wrong with my motherboard, it should no longer works, correct?  Is it advantageous to put the X-51 on a horizontal position?

I hope someone can shed some light on this.  Thanks in advance!

It could have been a RAM module that has not been properly installed. The position should not make a difference. The main advantage to have in a horizontal position, is that it falls as easily if the surface where it is placed moves.

  • No MMIC and continuous beep no sound on UCS C220

All of a sudden I lost MMIC connectivity to one of our UCS C220 platforms. When I went to look, it is permanently

First thing we need is to return MMIC and then from there, so that you can remove the power cables for 3-5 minutes, plug them back and let me know if it is still impossible to access the MMIC?

  • Satellite U200 - 10K will beep continuously

    Hallo,

When I run the satellite U200 - 10K (Vista), from the start, it gives me continuous beep... beepppppp... I can work... I can open applications, but the beep is not going offf. What could be a reason possible to this problem, hardware / software?
I have not installed new software on this system?

    Aerts

    Hello

These beeps are rare! Normally, the laptop would beep if the BIOS detects an error. But this beep should not appear constantly and the laptop will not start!

I can't believe that this issue could be also related to software installed on the laptop.
In my opinion, the laptop must be verified by a service provider authorized in your country.
One question; have you tried to recover the laptop with the supplied restore CD?
This procedure would fix the laptop back to the factory settings. If the tones will not stop, I think that there is something wrong with the hardware.

But don t worry buddy! The guarantee must be valid and would cover everything!

  • BIOS Post beep continuously after the replacement of keyboard

On my laptop G60 - 243 cl I swapped to a new keyboard that had the same part number 502958-001 "HP Spare", but when I first power to the top of my laptop, it beeps on an ongoing basis until I hit the ESC key or enter one or two times, and then Windows Vista comes well and everything works dandy.

It's annoying to have to remember to press the button ESC/Enter twice to stop the ringing to continue starting up.  The tone is so strong that it will scare anyone who it not wait.

We know what you looking for BIOS (Phoenix BIOS version 54 a)?  From another source, I'm guessing that the continuous beep is the 'stuck key' or the keyboard firmware error.

The new keyboard is not working, but I put the back of an old and the beep on startup until stopped.

Does anyone know how to force the bios to accept my new keyboard and stop the beep on startup?

If your new keyboard works very well there nothing wrong associated with firmware. It could be related to the "stuck key".

function such as (f9, f10 etc.) keys are not used in normal windows operations so you won't see it's stuck but the BIOS detects all the and any invalid entry causes beeps.

I'm afraid, this seems to be a problem on the new keyboard itself.

  • TX2500 beep continuously

I have a TX2500 system and it constantly beeps during the startup until the operating system is used. Once the Windows splash screen is visible the beeps constantly.

If during startup until I press the button and enter the BIOS then comes to leave without saving changes there is also no beeps at all.

Only at the start and that if I do not get into the BIOS is the beep occur but this isn't a normal beep code because it beeps all the time without a 4, 8 or another model of beep.

I tested the memory and test it very well so I am now at a loss for what could be the problem with this system.

Thanks in advance for any help that can be offered.

  • Pavilion Dv6 - startup with beep continuous and wouldn't start without the CD inside windows

Hi, so I was using my laptop one day, perfectly fine and I got sick, so I had it turned off for about 2 or 3 days. When I turned it back on it started constantly beep (1 beep long, but 1 beep followed by another instantly.

Now I tried to reinstall Windows 7 and did, but she continued with the same problem. So I did a format on my drive, and did install a clean windows 7, it completed the installation currently and reset to move to the next step (now it does not start back to the desktop to completely finish doesn't stop beeping and freezing)

I did a hard reboot and that did not work and I cleaned my air, nothing has worked to resolve this issue, and I did nothing in 2 or 3 days, he was off (before that day, I played last, it was working fine, and the day I turned it off everything I've done has been playing World of Warcraft don't not download/install something again)

I opened the back and checked my memory was sitting on the right, and my HARD drive was inplace correctly (at the beginning when it was happening, it would not be in the office without the Windows 7 CD inside, now after I did a clean install, he's not going to the office without worrying)

I read another post with similar problems and plan to go out 1 of my RAM sticks and just try to run with 1 in, and switching them and try to see if that helps, but I'll do that tomorrow as I worked on this thing for hours tonight, I've been on the Windows 7 forum get advice from someone here, but he gave a link to read and agreed I should post here also.

My suspisions that if none of this works, it's my Proccessor, my Ram or my entire CPU, which in this case, I know not what to do to do or if it is worth fixing (Ram is easy, but the other two seems difficult and costly) for any help or advice as I can get from you guys would be greatly appreciated it's a HP Pavilion dv6 notebook.

Edit: I managed to enter the office and my clean install of windows 7 in full, and I made a default reset in the BIOS, will return tomorrow with updates I have.

Yes mate, I waiting since I posted a reply with HP staff.

They are * beep * ing pathetic and I would never buy a HP anything ever, I will also say to all my friends and tell all my friends to tell their friends and so on and so forth, do not to do. I will also let any forum I post on the same and any game online that I play on the same thing.

I gave up and will just buy a new DESKTOP PC, they work better and you can actually solve the material problems if it's graphics/CPU things, unlike a laptop.

If I were to ever get a laptop once again, it will not be a HP, I'd rather have nothing then use a pathetic HP product ever, I would rather die then have to use it. Their technical support is pathetic, and I had nothing else problems with the HP laptop I've had since the beginning.

Because of their pathetic excuse for a computer/laptop, I am behind in my studies and have perhaps missed a few projects that I'm not able to repeat. Thank you HP, you are now under the dirt for me.

  • Series of 4 beeps continuously at startup

As soon as I turn on my 530 Inspiron from Dell with Windows Vista Home Edition s, have at all times a series of 4 beeps.  The CD sounds like it is running, but nothing appears on the monitor.  I tried to find out what to do about the area of troubleshooting the Dell website, but it didn't follow one of the beep codes listed.  One speaks also of switches, but I don't know how to find out what kind of switch I.  The green light at the back is on all the time, and I couldn't find A fires, B, C and D on the back.  Any help that could be given would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

I had the same problem and was able to fix it with the following steps:

    1. Unplug everything
    2. Unscrew and remove the side panel
    3. Pop-out each memory card, blow on them and pop that hide them in (make sure that the legs down lock)

One of the memory cards must have shaken lose somehow, even if they seemed fine at first.  My system began immediately to the right upwards later.

    All the best,
