• When Adobe will give us a text (Lorem Ipsum) model Panel in Illustrator?

  I can't live without the Lorem Ipsum when I use Indesign. It helps a lot to give coherence to design when you are doing your project.

  Unfortunately, we do not have that in Illustrator.

  I think that there are plugins third party provider on this subject, but I think important Adobe offer this free feature in Illustrator. It's absolutely fundamental, and it's a royal pain to have to go to lorem ipsum Web sites, and then copy and paste the text. Running scripts also a royal pain, the right thing is to have a panel I can show and hide, as an option for paragraph text, that allow me to insert the random Lorem Ipsum, also with a few options, like the random CTE, text.

  In addition, adding equivalent to the Lorem Ipsum would be cool, also text free samples, in the public domain. For example, Don Quixote for Spanish, etc.

  I guess asking for a feature of Adobe must be difficult, because it is a huge, but if the design team might have in mind this simple petition, I would be grateful, and I guess that millions of people too.

  I atually I was wondering if anyone knows the best resource to learn how to create invitations on Adobe Illistrator. I looked for all the open classes at my local college even went up to contact a total stranger of facebook that has been a graphic designer of facebook who has not had the time to teach me how to use this program. There must be something you can do to learn these programs hands without going to college to learn how to use them. I surfed on the internet for videos, but none that go into the detail I'm looking for. Any suggestions, classes or local designers who are willing to pay for their time?

  When I do a search in my very large document (with lots of photos and captions) for a string of text or word he finds only text in the part of the story, and not in the legends. Is there anyway to find text in captions?

  I wanted to keep the files in a certain directory, so I modified the field updated to the date of the records as they were in the order I wanted. I tried to find something that would keep the field to change it, but the only reference I could find was for XP. I found the key in the registry from Win7 and it seems to be already on the update no. In testing, I found by accessing the folder (it might there be more involved) created a desktop.ini and when I went up a directory, update the file had changed to the current date. Only the contents of the folder has been the appearance of the desktop file. As near as I can tell, the file disktop used to be quite useful but is now more or less useless. I have a process that removes all Office ini files in the world, but I can't stop creating them in the first place.

  By order of perference, I as a way to keep the desktop files each creation. Missing a method to keep the modified file date to change, I thought I already had.

  I think you'd have better luck with juggling created.

  Or just brake down and use one of these and drag them where you want.

• Bug in CS5 render anti-aliased text in "save for web".

  Looks like there is a bit of a bug when using 'save for web and devices' with light weights of type in CS5 for Mac. Although the slim type looks good while working in Illustrator, as soon as you enter the "Save for web" dialog, it gets seriously distorted. It seems that this issue has been present at least since CS4. It happens not in Photoshop. It seems particularly bad for light text on dark background.

  Some people may say ' of course, Illustrator is not really intended for work intensive bitmap. However, with features like "look pixelated" and 'hold on to the pixels', Illustrator is (usually) become a very effective way for web design, and personally I prefer it to Photoshop. It is also clear that Adobe intends it to be used in this way. In order to make anti-aliasing bug is certainly a problem. Just surprised that they don't have not address it when CS5 is born.
