  Dear lasvegaswireman thank you very much for your answer. Last day I contacted the HP support team and I got the resolution, Compaq 15-s001TU comes with pre loaded back free. If you want to upgrade to windows 8, I believe that you will find no difficulty in finding the drivers for the HP product support page. But in the case of windows 7, you will not get the driver LAN, Wifi and Bluetooth page main media because HP made this model to be worked with windows 8. They provide generic drivers for above mentioned drivers missing. First of all let me dissect the details of manufactured goods of chipset for this model which is not mentioned in anywhere (not even in the catalogue).

  Then first install WLAN, restart the system after the installation.

  In fact, I had a problem with my DVD/CD ROM
  So, I got my pc with the restore CD.
  When I restart my system it shows new multimedia hardware VGA controller and USB device found where I m not able the install.
  I'm not sure what these devices are only.

  I put t know which driver must be installed for these devices and I don t see volume control in the bar of tasks.
  When I check the sounds and audio settings it shows no audio device found.

• Computer hangs when installing bluetooth driver

  I bought a bluetooth USB dongle with toshiba bluetooth software. The installation hangs at the end of the driver installation progress bar. I use Windows XP c. 5.1 SP2. Comm ports currently in use are 1,2,3,5 and one called 'BT Port' (COM65) which may be blue tooth, but alternatively can be something to do with BT Broadband which is installed on the machine. In Device Manager "NICs" shows "Bluetooth Personal Area Network" and Bluetooth shows generic Bluetooth radio, RFCOMM, RFBNEP, RFHID and RFBUS. The local COM utility Bluetooth in Control Panel displays no com ports in use. Any ideas?

  Make sure "Bluetooth Monitor" software and to any other 3rd party bluetooth stack are not installed.

  C850 satellite is not listed as a book of 10 Windows compatible.
  This means that Win 10 drivers are not available for this unit.

  In any case, I recommend you to go to Device Manager and remove / remove Bluetooth all the partners of the devices and entries.
  In the view of mark tab also the option Show hidden devices in order to get the big picture complete.

  Now after reboot, win 10 must search for removed devices and drivers missing.

  using compaq presario cq43 405au with windows7 32 bit currently... has been formatted before using it. Since the wifi does not rotate, no bluetooth, no attempt to install all the drivers of network on the site but to no avail, a part of the installation was the same nt successful. . (e.g. softpaq does not apply to the system not installed no recovery Manager). I can not install hp Wireless Assistant for a reason, I tried to use the Device Manager option where I can install and update drivers... that too does not work... it's either the driver specific I'm looking is to day or work properly (yet give problems; even after reinstallation or activation) or I just downloaded the driver has not been installed successfully and thus never appears in the menu Manager device. When I tried to back up the data on my computer on the network drive using backup under system and Maintenance of the Panel, he continues to ask me as user name and password I have no installation.   Password sharing is turned on.

  Password sharing is enabled by default for computers of working groups.   Turn off password protected sharing. To turn off password protected sharing, follow these steps:
