  Clearly, I'm late to this particular party, I just got a Fido K1 this week because the screen of my old 5 years v180 unfortunately died a few days ago.  I have the paired via Bluetooth with my iMac G5 without any problem, but kept iSync detect it as "not supported" despite its inclusion on the list of devices compatible iSync. So, I started routing autour and learned that the phone was, in fact, who identified himself as a K1/s, not K1. Only a few things to work out - and these are my questions:

  (1) places calendar of activities is not carried around in both directions, even if there is the location of the K1 field both in iCal. Comparing files PhoneConduit.plist & SyncEngine.plist iSync for the K1 compared to some other phones, I noticed that 'Rent' is not defined anywhere in the specification of the calendar of events of the K1, while it is defined for various Nokias, Sonys, etc.. I tried to add a key in the plist for 'Rent' files but no solution. Is this a known problem, or someone has a solution? The only, extremely annoying workaround that I can get to, is to start typing the scene somewhere in the description of the event, which means I'll be is no longer able to sort by location on the Mac.

  (2) every time I start a synchronization, the phone requires me to grant the approval until he could start. Is it possible to set "always allow" or otherwise permanently reject this dialogue?

  I also have a few questions is not quite related - which I would add here:

  (1) in the K1 calendar settings, there is an option for 'Power on events' with a framework of power. Anywhere there is no mention of this in the manual or apparently on the site of the company, according to documents the standard bike. No idea what this does?

  (2) I have configured 8 nine numbers available with contacts speed dial, and if I hold the appropriate number of keyboard, they get dialed correctly. But if I want to confirm that the number "7" is before I compose by typing 7 then #, K1 tells me "Unassigned: speed dial number assigned. Is it possible to fix this?

  Hi all, I am new to android this is my first ever smart phone and also of new forums etc, so please be gentle with me. And sorry if this is in the wrong section/place?

  For the last two days, I searched for an app (free of course) which will help me to multi/Group text and messaging multi/group.

  I love my motorcycle G 2nd gen, but these missing tools, contact base are a real let down for me because I need and what I understand, have to manually enter the details to say around time of 20 contacts each wished to text or e-mail, is a good PITA bread, and not always with success.

  This should have been included even on stock android sytems. Even my old Samsung E2600 offered these features!

  Anyway, I've created a group of my 'People' file and cannot do something with it, so what's the point of 'grouping '?

  BTW, I told you that I love my bike and two of my friends came out and I bought one after playing with mine.

  There is an application called 'Contact group' which will give this feature for you. I've used this in the past and it seems to work pretty well. There are other applications like 'DW Contacts and Dialer' which will also give you these features, but you don't have to abandon your application of those default to get the features using this application.

  I'm sure that there are other applications available, but these two are the ones I've personally used and I am prepared to recommend. I hope this helps.

  I'm about to buy the new Apple Watch series2 to the follow-up activities. I belong to a health club and I use a stationary recumbent warm-up for about 2 to 4 miles. Won't record the watch the miles by gps? (I do not carry my phone in the club) so it can be included in the application of Health Watch?

• Envy: No 1 year and win 10 messed up now what?

  Bought a new laptop HP Envy, in November 2014, with Windows 7 Pro to this topic by the HP store online.  The product name and number: GOT55AV of laptop HP ENVY 15

  Two days ago, I finally decided click on free pop for Windows 10.  That's when the trouble started.  In the end, when you press the power button, the laptop would up being the beginning and then go in close and then go start and then again to stop the cycle was endless.

  This afternoon I took in the Microsoft store in the local mall.  They couldn't fix it, so after an hour, they restored it on Windows 7.  We all thought that it worked.  They did a reboot, it was fine.  So we SHUT IT DOWN and I drove home.  After tending to various things I took it out and pressed the power button and... He starts the start up and then goes into farm will start and then stop...

  I can remove the battery while it is the bike, then replace the battery and the screem comes up saying that the closure was not complete, so I can get into safe mode with network - which is what I use for this type.

  So now, what should I do?  Very close to the end of my first year of ownership.  Not sure, might be 17 Nov.

  The guy in the store of Microsoft said that they can consider for a week to 10 days and put in market.  Or I could take it on Best Buy Geek Squad, they want $150 and 4 days to turn it on.  The guys at Microsoft have no training other than Microsoft.  I had kept the plastic on the touchpad while; a guy it off, he said that was causing the startup problem.  Uh, no.  Geek Squad, I remember well, they must have a degree of 2 years in computer science / tech to get hired there.

  I have tons of pictures and files on here, I know that I have to back all this before I let anyone to run on.

  Please make some suggestions, things that I have to think, ideas and I thank you.

  Did you call HP Support to inquire fixing under the 1 year warranty service? 800-474-6836.

  If you have an external hard drive usb you can try to boot into Recovery Manager and use it to backup files. It is not my favorite backup but emergency method, it is useful. (do not complete the recovery of the system unless you are sure that the files are backed up abort, just straight up)

• East fell off my bike yesterday evening and damaged left hand, angle of body load. How much is it?

  I was bike correctly and safely, but leaned into a corner too at a crossroads and there is frost on the road and slipped pretty hard and fast.

  First things I checked where my phone and the laptop (it is a start 2011 15 "macbook pro)... Laptop was working fine last night, but this morning I looked again once the charge light came back corner is scratched and bent pretty bad must of missed it in black - after some pushing attempts I managed to load again, but realize it may be temporary - and his time to redo a big backup. Two photos below, the other seems to have turned to the left for some reason any.

  What is in this corner of the macbook, I don't think it's the brain as such... but it looks like a bad tooth. and enough to slice metal like this to slip so far. Makes me feel disgusted thinking about scratching my macbook along the floor... more on my hands... which is a disturbing look at my love of technology...

  Well, the warranty does not cover this damage because it was your own mistake.
  The Toshiba ASP would be able to replace the screen, but you will have spent the money for this service.
  The screens are not cheap about 300-360Euros.

  But you can ask the ASP.
  Contacting ASP guys your country and ask for more details and costs of the service.
