• BlackBerry smartphones lack of synchronization problems

  I started w / original version of the lack of synchronization and now have the beta version installed on mac and storm 2.0.

  Initially, I could synchronize with version 1. ? only after uninstalling and reinstalling sync missing.

  Now, despite the historic isync reset and back on both iCal and address book and do a mac crash to storm, I can't sync. 'Contacts' seem to crash but nothing changes on the storm. 'Calendar' gets ignored. Today, I just found that there are 2 or 3 copies of each month on the storm, and he's not going to 'today' when this button is pressed.

  I've done numerous resets hard on the storm, but the calendar is still messed up.

  I thought that the memory of the storm of clean rags or make a total reset could be the way forward.

  In recent years I have sonyericsson phones, I currently have a Satio. Until now, I never had no problem sync my phone with my PC or Mac computer.

  However, since I upgraded my mac to the new OS Lion I realized that it doesn't have the isync tool longer and so I can't sync anymore.

  I wonder if Sony Ericsson will soon come out a synchronization tool that we their customers can do such a thing to base?

  I want to just my smartphone to be "smart" enough to synchronize my contacts, notes and calendars with my laptop.

  I recognized that they did remove the iSync tool in the latest version. I don't know if we will publish all software sync for Mac in the future, but I can, of course, pass on your comments on that.

• m225dw: the scan to E-mail Setup questions

  I just bought a new m225dw printer and I am trying to set up the Email scanning function and I have big problems. When I open the wizard and it asks me to select the printer, it is showing that I have two new printers connected, choose one of them gives me a message "error communicating with the printer". The other allows the wizard to open and continue. When you enter in the wizard and enter my gmail address and password, etc. and then click on save and test returns the message "printer cannot find the remote server. If I come back and use the ip address of the SMTP instead, it returns the message "rules and procedures for the transmission of data between the server and the printer don't are not supported on the server."

  A statement based on what you are, it seems that you try strictly allow a Gmail account for use with scan to email. Unless you use this account through Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird you going to have any success in your configuration.   Please see the bulletin "Intricacies" of HP on this feature:

  OK, here's a question for someone who knows the intricacies of the VI server:

  Is there a relatively easy way to get the reference of the project which has a VI?  (I don't know how that would play if there are multiple instances in different contexts, but maybe I'm overthinking it.)

  I see that there is a property "Own App" for the screws, which means that I could probably get to open projects from that and across these hierarchies of project.  That seems like a lot of effort, however.

  @Ben: you are right, a VI, you get the reference of the call library, in the library, you can get the mention of 'a project', which is a "temporary project X" where X is an increment. But how to get the real owner of project?

  If the project is in memory, you can use the property to "Own the Application" of the VI then the 'Project.Active of the project"which is a private property.

  I am setting up a workflow for approval of level one (using SOA in 11gR2PS2) where approval is a role (say A) IOM. Still it works great except for the fact that, when a member of role requests (A), the request is forwarded for approval rather than get automatically approved.

  I know a way to solve this is by adding a java embedding task and questioning IOM to find out if the applicant is a member of the approval group and then auto approve in the workflow. But, is there some direct way to know, am I missing any configuration of the workflow? I think it should be out of the box feature - please let me know if you have faced a similar problem before?

  You can try to put your function there and have it be = 'true' if it returns a string.  If it is Boolean, you must indicate in your statement of equal to equal.  You will need to know just where to assign the variable to, or be able to reference it.

  As nice as it would be to use OOB, chances are its features will never support your business needs.  Any deviation, and it won't work.  But the fun is customize the composite of soa and learn all the intricacies of this.

Then put back one item at a time in the system and get to see if you can get into the BIOS with each addition... The issue that causes post failure corresponds to the faulty but if cannot post a minimum configuration, it may be the power supply, dimm or mobo, cpu...

  I also understand that the RAID configuration is actually stored as metadata on the HDD of the themselves, while the RAID card to know these specific HDD are inserted into the slots. As the RAID metadata is at the disk themselves, they can be moved to another (compatible) system where the HARD drive would be considered a foreign configuration. After you import the foreign configuration, you will have access to your data.

  The PSE Organizer is not your photos 'breast '.  It is a database program and keeps a record of the actual location of the pictures in its database tables.  If you uninstall PSE, your actual photos are intact.  In fact, your catalog (database) PSE will exist always, as the uninstall program removes only the unmodified files that the program installed.

  I am new to Flash.  I can't decifer the sample scripts in the help files.  After a lot of trial and error, the following codes works very well.  It delays playback on the video for the right amount of time.  The only problem is when the repeat (as it should) the codes runs again.  I want to only run code during the first thru.  Any help would be appreciated.

  Oh, I get it.  Sorry, forgot some of the intricacies of the animation on the timeline.  Yes, as long as your code is on frame 1 and your return your timeline at the frame 1, then the code will load every time.  What you need to do, is have your code on frame 1, then loop back to the frame 2 to start the next iteration of the film.

  I discovered the world of PHP and MySQL in the last days. I didn't get all the intricacies still but nevertheless I managed to set up a server "localhost" on my computer, create a MySQL database and display correctly information in this database in HTML using PHP pages.

  I am now at the stage of transferring it to the remote host where the site will happen: I exported my database, imported these information in the database on the server host and I n unexpectedily even just to get my PHP/HTML pages to connect to this database. It's great.

  I have one question. I've read a lot of thread in this forum about this, but haven't seen an answer: must the password encryption? I mean, when I connect to a database using DW CS4, the software creates for me a connections folder in my Web site root folder and stores inside a little PHP to the folder with the server name, database name, user name and password which are necessary to allow PHP to connect to the MySQL database. It is all printed clearly in there. Once which is transferred to the remote host, it is always accessible to anyone? Should I not worry and try to hide the password?

  Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

  As long as the server is enabled in PHP, put the connection details in a PHP file like this is not a problem. PHP code is processed on the server. Only its output is sent to the browser. Even if someone guesses the name of your connection file, they won't see anything if they try to load the page in a browser. The only way they can see it is to hack into the server. It is important to have passwords on your FTP account.
