  OK, I tried 5 times to install windows 8 by using the downloaded Update widows Pro

  I've updated the latest security software as of December 10, 2015, using Yosemite OSX. Was to halfway to a movie yesterday and after security update (2015-005) now when I run iTunes and try to watch a movie all I get is a black screen without sound. TV programs will not play, but my iTunes music doesn't play. I tried to solve the problem by examining previous flows (seems black screens and iTunes have a long story) but was unsuccessful despite the various instructions.

  Hey guys! So I get random Bsod during playback of Skyrim, something strange is no other games I had installed don't this. Battlefield 3 works great with many others.   Finally got my food, the store, I ordered home in trouble with their provider.
  They ended up giving me that the GX750w instead of the 650w so out something this nice.

  Good news at least I had a nice game of 4 hours with the 470gtx session in my computer and all is well. I'm surprised I've never caught how important a PSU can be, never once again at least.

  I have a HP m9520f I bought a month ago. From time to time, it gives me a black screen when booting. The computer is on, but nothing happens. When I unplug the power cord and plug usually once again, it starts fine the next time. I tried solutions suggested by pressing F8 during startup. But nothing is going on (it started normally without any problem).

  The clues and suggestions are appreciated.

  Could be an intermittent hardware failure, try to open the housing, cleaning (using canned air) all, remove and reinstall the RAM and check the connections are secure. However, first, check the screen. Is the cable correctly connected at both ends, and the power cable is safe? You could test if it's not for lack of a monitor, if you have a keyboard with a sleep button, to set market and that, if the screen goes black, wait at least 10 minutes until it would have normally received at the logon screen. Then, press the sleep button and see if she falls asleep. Also watch the disk activity; If there is a lot that the operating system is probably start normally.

  Hello!  Since a few days my PC was submitted to the screen black ("death") and the cursor when starting.  Boot sequence is very well until the desktop should appear and does not work.  I looked at many tips and tried a different ways to solve and I'm stuck now.  It does not seem to be linked to graphics cards, recent software installs, recent windows or application updates.  Anti-virus is up to date and ran the day before where everything has gone wrong.  Restorations to return do not resolve the months.  Deleting files newspapers do not resolve.

  Turning off UAC allows computer to boot normally, only to find that most of the services have stopped included all the more important as Installer, Defender and one Live.  At this point I suspect a virus, I removed the network connection.  Any attempt to restart delay services and is unsuccessful.  Computer is basically unusable because of the number of services that have been suspended.
  * Used MS Malicious Software Removal Tool on full scan and found nothing.

  Any ideas how to fix?

  My next idea when I had the chance was to try the manual removal of the Win32/Conficker virus, which seems to have a similar effect on a PC.  This should have been taken/fixed by MS Malicious Software Removal Tool and is quite long on 28 stages!

  The computer is 18 months old and can handle basic tasks to a reasonable level (slow down if two many windows are open at the same time, but maybe it's just my slow internet speed). I have download games through Steam from Valve service and do since almost a year now. So far, games have managed very well, and even though I have your chart down parameters, but they are playable.

  But now, every time I minimize or close a game, the computer runs for a few seconds and then shows me a white screen. The power light flashes and I can hear a high-pitched sound of the box on the charger cable. At the beginning I didn't see this as a problem because it only lasted about ten seconds each time and was taken to the 'locked user' screen where I could log in and continue.

  Now the black screen can display up to five minutes in a period which can be really frustrating. The strange thing is that I can play for hours at a time without what is happening but as soon as I close or minimize the game it happens. This can happen even if the game has only run for a few seconds or so and I close it.

  I don't know if it is overheating, but if I could get advice it certainly helps. Thank you!

  I was going to follow the procedure that you listed, but I found a solution to the problem. As there was light the AC adapter noise when the screen went black, I decided to replace the AC adapter with an old I use from another computer. It works fine now.
