I have my BB Q10 brick? I've updated with Knowyou 10.2.2.932. After the reboot, I can not make or receive calls and all I get is: "the 'cell' phone line is not available. Choose a different phone line and try your call again""another phone line? really! O_o NB! Only software I use and I are Knowyou because it works with Linux.

I reinstalled the 10.2.2.932, because I had nothing to lose and guess what, it worked. I can make calls, and everything works as expected. I must be imagining things, but I think that the responsiveness of the user interface has changed a bit. It feels like I have to hold the buttons etc, in the user interface, for a little more time so that he could respond. Not sure, I've got it more or less please. It's just different. Waiting for 10.3

    If it does not start - try using a wall charger if you're not. If you are connected via USB to the computer, make sure that you have Desktop Manager (or USB device drivers), you can download it below.

    Make sure that your USB cable is connected to one of the main rear USB ports of the PC. A USB hub, or USB Monitor port not a USB port on the front of the PC.

  • Update blackBerry Smartphones BB SW BRICKED my daughter is curved!

    I'm new to these forums and the BlackBerry, having had my 8310 for a few months only (by my company). However, my daughter had her Curve 8310 since last March, and she has had intermittent problems with it. It was replaced under warranty by AT & T twice.

    This last time, she discovered that the sounds had ceased - his alarm did nothing when it exploded. The sounds later mysteriously returned, but she decided that it was the last straw. She wanted to bring her back to the AT & T warranty Center to replace again, but I suggested that she first attempts to put his system. My theory was, since the new software has been released, it would be wise to upgrade. My phone company has been upgraded (OTA) without any problem, so I thought (silly me) it would be just as easy to make the curve of my daughter.

    Don't worry, it's not a paperweight. MOST likely, the previous upgrade process constituted a return of the device before the upgrade failed. It's probably, there are some third party faulty or theme application that "perhaps" do the upgrade fails.

    First of all, you have the full OS file downloaded on your PC?

    Do that first.

    Second, make sure that your USB cable is connected to the main REAR usb port. No USB hub port or before.

    At the present time, unplug the USB from the BlackBerry, power down to turn off and restart your PC.

    Meanwhile, do a reset on the BlackBerry > with the BlackBerry device powered on, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart.

    Once the two are back running, confirm that Desktop Manager is NOT loaded or running on your PC.

    Follow these instructions below:

    1. download the OS files to the PC then install on the PC by running (double click) the downloaded file.
    2. go in c:\program files Research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."
    3. plug in the BB and double-click on "Loader.exe." It is located in the same place as the above vendor.xml file.

    IF you succeed step by step: you will not need to use JL_Cmder to wipe the device and then load the operating system on the device. Follow the instructions here:

    Your data, it is very difficult to answer. What I would say is a test - reload your OS and/or WIPE your device, and then try the Android apps and see if they work. If they do, then restore your backup, and then try again. If then they fail then do everything new but less your backup... restore leave out the Application data or something similar to what can be contained in the Runtime Android corrupt.

  • Q10 blackBerry problem transfer contacts from Gmail to Q10

    First I tried to use the "peripheral" app switch, and I tried to transfer contacts and the calendar of a Samsung S3 to the Q10 - does not work, nothing has been recorded.

    Then I tried to manually enter some contact entries, and that no longer works (you press "save", but it is not saved).

    Email gmail works fine, great syncs and everything, but NO contacts list available.

    First of all, there is no "official" AutoLoaders Automatic chargers are 100% unofficial methodology... but (with the exception of the ' leaks') they are built from the officially released OS components. Therefore, as long as the creator of the autoloader is a) reliable and b) is not an error (be gentle, because they are human too), then the autoloader should be quite safe.

    I have not received the update for my SQN100 Q10-5 and I want to load it using Knowyou. I've not used it before and I want to be sure I'm loading the correct version. When I plug in the phone, Knowyou shows me this:

    Update available for SQW 100-1 10.3.0.908!
    OS: 10.3.0.1418 Radio: 10.3.0.1419

    A user told me that his Q10 works best on the version 1052 of the operating system - the best for life (one of the benefits of the update 10.3) performance and battery life.

    I am currently under the 10.2.1.something, and Orange Romania (my network) told me that I should have received the update for my version (the -5 international unlocked one).

    After that any operating system set to level on a BB10 device, it will take 48-72 hours for the synchronization of data from device to e-mail, contacts, social applications, etc., fill and finish.
