  2. make sure that you connect to AppWorld on a WiFi connection. It has worked for some.

  3. on OS5 BlackBerrys, go to Options, Advanced Options, TCP/IP. Select the AFN which is the first area. Under this
  Next type Internet APN. Save it and it will work.
  On the BlackBerry OS6 and 7, go to Options > device, down advanced system settings. Go to TCP IP. Select the first box and next to the AFN of type 'Internet '. Your BlackBerry ID will be downloaded. It will ask you to reboot your device, do, and if you then it in your App World > MyWorld, it invites you to a blue screen, where you need to connect.

  Well, a few days ago RIM BlackBerry faced such a problem with the new BlackBerry App world.

  But still, there is an alternative.

  Connect your device with the USB cable to activate Internet computer laptop / desktop, then click on the following link:

  http://appworld.BlackBerry.com/WebStore/

  At the top right, there is a sign in option, the connection with your Blackberry ID.

  And now, you can download the app even through your laptop/desktop computer for your device.

  If you always want to do directly with your device, then keep trying by clicking Yes on the update of BlackBerry ID, once it is made 100% your device will restart and will allow you to download directly via your device as well.

  The radio refers to radio unit which allows the talk to the network, the phone callse, etc..  You must go to manage connections and turn on the Mobile network.  You also need a data plan in order to use the AppWorld.

  I had this problem for about a month now, whenever I try to access the app store, I get the same error (there was a connection error, shut down blackberry app world).   Have you tried your App World when you're connected to WiFi, or vice versa, not connected to Wifi.

  Sometimes, which will solve the problem.

I want to download some applications and wen I try it says "my blackberry I had need of an update" I select Yes and it freezes, I recharge my camera and start the moment process again and it brings up the same message and wen I select none, it does the same thing.   Gotcha: when you say reboot, does mean that you tried a battery pull?  If you have a WiFi connection available, try using this connection then the open app world.  You can also try reinstalling http://us.blackberry.com/apps-software/appworld/download.jsp AW

  App world tells me on the right side of the page that my machine is connected (which is) via the USB port. I tried the phone turned off, taking the battery for more than a minute to be sure, restart the phone, restart the computer and try again with no luck.

  I tried in IE and it works. Went back to Firefox and Chrome, and it does not work. But the interesting thing is a friend tried his blackberry on my computer and it works fine in Firefox.

  EDIT: I found the problem, I deleted the App World Plugin from my computer and reinstalled Firefox and it works. Why it does not detect that I use a plugin obsolete?

  Found a solution! Laughing out loud! How delayed. I changed my email in bb code. For example, after changing from one gmail to another account, I changed it back and baaammmm! Problem solved, but do not know why it should be a problem in the first place right?
