  I bought a new blackberry leap July 26.

  The battery has been fantastic since acquisition - was very impressed - get home at the end of the day and it is still about 60 percent, could still squeeze a second day without recharging at night, if I do not use too much the next day.

  Suddenly, last Sunday (August 9), he began to drain the battery like crazy... and I was not still use it.  I did work in my house and my phone was sitting in the kitchen and I heard the notification that he had devoted to the battery in watch mode in early afternoon (after being fully charged when I woke up in the morning).

  I wanted to give you an update...

  No idea why / that that has happened, I have nothing else...

  But when I connected again load after the validation, I noticed it drains more and had returned to the battery usage screen showing 1 + days of use and usage of the system went down at 0.86%, with display currently th ehighest at 1%.

  Anyway, the good news is that it is fixed, of course, the bad news is don't know why it happened, or how he slipped, therefore keep your fingers crossed it doesn't happen.

  Maybe just posting here is the magical solution!

• Classic BlackBerry BB Assistant s/w (OS 10.3.1.747) do not pick up the search engines for the default browser

  In Blackberry companion settings, I put my favorite "search for device settings" in the "extended" tab without google (IE at the top) and deselected yahoo and bing (see the first photo, the link below).

  When then by performing a search in the home screen classic BB (see second pic, below), then selecting the first option (instant action: research dethrone internet), this opens a search engine Bing instead of my preferred configuration of a Google search.  If I scroll search suggestions Assistant of BB, display the correct set of options "extended search".  The problem seems to only the part itself during the selection of the first selection 'instant action '.

  I wanted to share a quick solution, while we are studying the issue.

  If possible, you can change the default search engine in the browser itself? This will ensure BlackBerry Assistant conduct searches on the Internet using this search engine instead.

  To do this, open the browser and enter the text in the address bar. Along the top of the screen, at the top right you will see the most likely Bing icon. Tap on this icon and you will be able to select Google instead. After doing this, research into BlackBerry Wizard will build on Google instead of Bing. I hope this helps!

  Your BlackBerry Z3 most likely ran an earlier version of 10 of BlackBerry.

  Raison d'etre in BlackBerry 10.3.1 year later, that the call log is limited to 150 copies while the previous OS versions had a higher limit.   It's on all video files, including those that I did just by using the jump. I have tried a reboot and nothing changes. This isn't about files stored on my device, my sd card.

  I read that it was an issue that has been resolved in future OS updates, but it was probably with versions of OS much before the jump was released.

  Try to restart the jump and try again. If the problem is not corrected by restarting, then try a soft reset. There are two methods. One is by pressing down the top and down the volume keys until the unit stops to restart.   If a warm reboot does not resolve the problem, try the other method.

  If another method of soft reset or restart work, try to move the file to the SD card and play from there. It's more for intonation. It should play memory unit without error, but it would be wise store video on a map.

  Last resort, it's make a clean OS Reload if the above does not lead to a solution.

  The OP should be able to see files media and documents related, even if you use Windows 10. I do it every day, with 10 Windows, except that I copy BlackBerry to the computer instead of sync'ing.

  When I see the problem described, I restart the BlackBerry and reboot the computer at the same time. I saw it even work with Windows 7. This does not happen a lot
