• Smartphones blackBerry Media card can not be read or format

  I pasted in my SanDisk 4 gig card in my "BOLD" and I got a message saying media card has been inserted. When I go into options - memory, it displays a message that says:

  "media card can not be read. Check that the memory card is formatted. »

  I then try to format the card, but I get a message that reads: Media Card Format failed.

  I can read the card on my PC, but the "BOLD" just will not do anything with it except tell me when I put in or he pulled.

  Someone knows how to fix this?

  OMG! After spending hours reading stuff, I finally got to work.

  All I had to do was turn the phone off and remove the battery then put it back in.

  I could just kick myself!

  Connect the Z10 for pc, workstation, double-click Blackberry-XXXX [-PIN] [Flash], voice notes (drive?) - open the folder Voice - are stored here in m4a format. Copy and paste on pc.

  Voice memos are included in the App don't forget and cannot save on SD by default.

  I am currently using a version of the software Z10 10.3.2.2474 of these last two days, my phone rings not IE that all other notifications sound (like email, BBM, Whatsapp etc.), but if someone calls me, it seems that my phone is on silent. Made it possible to restart my phone, take out the battery when the phone is ON, but no help.

  Need help please... typed the wrong password until Z10 wiped out. Need to recover all my notes (to remember) who were in a folder Uncategorized (because I never got to do their job properly Z10).

  Would not have saved a Z10 with Protect. That is not taken in charge about BB10.

  I know it would be very subjective taking into account preferences and individual needs, how ever I bought a Z10 and I think that memory is at a premium and probably, I should not charge the device with the applications that do essentially the same function, I would appreciate some suggestions for the best application help me travel through the country and major cities.

  You have a problem with the natives 'cards '.

  I also 'Pro BeMaps', Google maps, great for the view.

• BlackBerry Z10 text message problem with BlackBerry Z10 - insulation, inadmissible, not shipping

  Having a few texts from major problems.  Sometimes when I touch on a contact, I send SMS it takes about 20-30 seconds for the key board and the cursor to arrive.  When you type, it takes 20-30 seconds for the next typing.  When I finally have the ready message, it will take 30 to 60 seconds to send... or I get an alert "failed to save the message.  I rebooted and tried to take the battery off-don't... no luck.

  This problem occurred intermittently for the last few months, but sometimes for an hour or two.  Currently, it has been almost 24 hours.  I'm getting very, very tired of these problems with this phone.  I've been a BB user for 7 years and will visit with someone else I'm frustrated that.

  I type the space next to the attachment (in the e-mail) and the download bar gets to the end.  The next screen shows the following:

  "Empty slideshow ToGo project."

  and the screen is frozen.  The only way to return to the e-mail is to use the Blackberry Hub icon on the screen of the application.  Any thoughts on a solution to open the attachments?

  After having calls for Blackberry and AT & T (more than one internal technical support) my problem corrected Hello.adb when I re-DocsToGo application load.  Obviously, the application has been altered.

  My facebook is not working, I made the disconnection to try to access another account and then tried to connect because a few times, but it shows me an error try many times and now when I open the app it does not work, all simply appear to try later.
  I would like to unninstaled and installed it again, but it shows me the same "try again later".

  Try to connect via your browser and reset your password, reinstall the Facebook app and see if you can connect.

  It is advised to save at least once a week.

  Hello. Think it was August last year, when I complained abt my being never fully charged battery. Stopped to load with as 92% and then back down. I was told to swop battery with z10 my husband. Then problem solved. I still have his battery, and he looks. The battery seems to be ok, while mine stops now at 85%. It's a big fall! Think that has happened since the software upgrade recently.   Hello. Did. Put the battery in back after 90 minutes. Already the battery showed 90% after falling to 75%. Then loaded and it loads to 98%. So great. Thank you. Hope it stays like that now

• BlackBerry App maps showing just white screen

  This is a new Q5 and I'm very well connected to the internet. From maps app but all I get is a white screen with a blue dot. Is there something that I am missing.

  Peek on my BB10 works not long ago.  If you drag to the top and to the right you can see the hub.  But not when you drag to peek.  Anyone with ideas.  I tried a battery pull but make no difference.  Running OS 10.0.9.348

  It seems that there is some sort of file "pending application" which gets called but who is corrupt.

  The file is a PDF file and I just downloaded on my laptop successfully, but it refuses to download on my Z10, so there is nothing wrong with the file or Web site.

  Any ideas of how that could identify any "pending" requests for information, or way to activate this download work?

  Could be a limitation of file size, copy the file from your laptop in the Z10.

  You can control if it occurs with other files in the future.
