  So I have a little problem. I just traded my 9900 to a Z10 to the store where I got them. I saved the 9900 this afternoon before I took it, but I didn't know that the Office Manager was not compatible with the new OS. Now my problem is that I can not transfer all of my contacts to the new phone-family, friends, work contacts are currently lost in limbo.

  Any suggestions on what we can do? Or will there be an update of the BB Desktop Manager to make it compatible with the new OS soon?

  I understand that you do not have access to your old Bold 9900 more then? If you can, the first thing I would say is in contact with the store to see if they have not deleted your "BOLD" again. If so, you can use a media card in the old Bold 9900, and then use the device to device transfer tool. (Just out of curiosity, why did you leave the "BOLD" to the store?   Unfortunately, you may be looking at having to manually return the info well. Alternatively, if you have an e-mail like Hotmail/Outlook, Gmail or Yahoo account, you should be able to transfer/manage wireless contacts, etc. So far, my Outlook.com account offered the best option with synchronization of contacts, calendar and tasks.

  Just got a new Z10 STL100-2 and have problem restoring a backup STL100-1.

  Version of the OS for the Z10:

  • the STL100-1 is a v10.2.1.2941;
  • the STL100-2 is currently a 10.2.1.2141.

  You use this tool to change your terminal Blackberry Link (1.2.3.48), I get the message my device is not compatible and I need to update my device.

  BB or OTA link process say I is launching the latest version again... eh

  Update on STL100-1 was made on the same carrier a month ago.

  Need help please... typed the wrong password until Z10 wiped out. Need to recover all my notes (to remember) who were in a folder Uncategorized (because I never got to do their job properly Z10).

  Having a few texts from major problems.  Sometimes when I touch on a contact, I send SMS it takes about 20-30 seconds for the key board and the cursor to arrive.  When you type, it takes 20-30 seconds for the next typing.  When I finally have the ready message, it will take 30 to 60 seconds to send... or I get an alert "failed to save the message.  I rebooted and tried to take the battery off-don't... no luck.

  This problem occurred intermittently for the last few months, but sometimes for an hour or two.  Currently, it has been almost 24 hours.  I'm getting very, very tired of these problems with this phone.  I've been a BB user for 7 years and will visit with someone else I'm frustrated that.

  I plan to buy an iPhone 5 after Exchange against Z10. I used Z10 for about a month and have a lot of data on it. I have my contacts, notes, bookmarks of many many and many calendar notes and appointments. Can I export the data and then import it into iPhone 5, can be through iTunes or other software? Any help is appreciated.

  Peek on my BB10 works not long ago.  If you drag to the top and to the right you can see the hub.  But not when you drag to peek.  Anyone with ideas.  I tried a battery pull but make no difference.  Running OS 10.0.9.348

  It seems that there is some sort of file "pending application" which gets called but who is corrupt.

  The file is a PDF file and I just downloaded on my laptop successfully, but it refuses to download on my Z10, so there is nothing wrong with the file or Web site.

  Any ideas of how that could identify any "pending" requests for information, or way to activate this download work?

  Could be a limitation of file size, copy the file from your laptop in the Z10.

  You can control if it occurs with other files in the future.
