  Your BB10 device must be enabled on a server (Blackberry Enterprise Service) BES10 in order to have some balance BB.  It is not available otherwise.  If you are on a BES10 service from your company, see scientists responsible and let them know that it does not work on your device.

• BlackBerry app remotely Z10 EOS

  I tried to download this app on my Blackberry Z10 without success.  I read that I can download programs that will allow me to download Android apps (which is a) through the Google game, but the programs do not open on my device.  I downloaded 1mobile market, wink-2_0_0_2 and Amazon App store.  Whenever I try to open one of them, I get the same error message "Could not open the file."  Can you help me?  BTW, I use the version of the software 10.1.0.2013 - OS version: 10.1.0.2074 and build ID 531661, if this is useful.  Please advise and thank you for all that you do.

  As long as you have OS 10.2.1 you shod, be able to do this.

  Before you download Amazon App Store. Go to settings - App Manager, select Installer Apps. To turn on the Apps allow other Sources to be installed.

  Then you can download Amazon App Store. Once Amazon App Store is installed, go to the file manager, navigate to the downloaded file, hold your finger on it, when the parameters appear select install to the device. After what the App Store is displayed on the device.

  Once you have downloaded the App Stores and installed on the phone. You can start downloading Apps from them. When you do. You must make the same way that app stores have been installed.

  Download the app on the phone

  As BlackBerry Protect was not enabled, you are unfortunately no luck, sorry!

  The only recommendation I can make is communicating with your wireless provider if you do not already have it and asking them to turn off your service plan until you get a replacement unit. Thank you

  Hi, I just got my z10 and transferred the former bb data. Everything seems fine except for my SMS. I have a list of SMS unread in the Inbox, but they are all empty. When I scroll down, I get complete messages with the body of the TEXT as a conversation. I wonder if I delete empty entries, would I be deleted the real SMS. Why these empty SMS are here first.

  UN-do Facebook and LinkedIn contacts go into Contacts and slide from the top.  Select settings and changing of Facebook and LinkedIn to turn off, then return to contacts.

  Unfortunately, I can't recommend 3rd party applications, but I would try to check in the BlackBerry World.

  I have a BB Z10, two days ago, while the travel battery got completely exhausted and the phone got turned off. later, I connected to the BB charger and the phone does not charge, I tried to connect it to the USB, but it does still not load... just a constant red light nod. I tried to remove the battery for 2 hours and back and not luck it is plugged. Like I need my phone works, I tried to go to a service center but not able to locate one on the BB site, I bought a new

Now, when I connect my Z10 to the computer (windows 8.1) I get a red + green slow light flashing and after say 20 minutes, it connects to the computer and the phone turns... and when I see the phone it says Exiting battery saving mode"" immediately followed by "turning off the appliance" and it loops constantly.   Since the last version of the software to update, Blackberry App world on my phone will not work.  I open it and it tries to load but never beyond this stage.  I pulled the battery to see if it can help, but still no luck.  I can't remove it because it is part of the new OS 10.  Any information would be appreciated.

  If my daughter wanted to try my old z10, except that I gave it to my daughter who has been put in place in this regard. Girl 2 was a great work of z30.   Hello and welcome to the community!

  From what you report, the device must be at the level of 10.3.2.xxxx OS, which includes protection against theft of Government mandated function. Therefore, there is only a process appropriate to separate the association between the BBID and device:

  1. Complete the initial configuration, using some credentials that are last BBID successfully on the device
  2. On the device, initiate a security WIPE, again entering the same credentials BBID
     • Spare - first of all, on the device, turn off BB Protect, entering these same credentials BBID, then initiate the security WIPE
  3. When ERASING is completed, you can use/create a different BBID with the device

  Only this exact sequence can succeed... nothing else. Any deviation, insertion of additional steps, removing steps, etc. cancels the procedure.

  Is anyone know, a Yes or no answer?  Is blackberry connection REQUIRED to attach?  I thought that as long as it is available in your DATA plan, you were all together.  Works fine for me, but my clients continue to is 'need to load drivers?  Any suggestions?

  I think it's the only way. With the former Office Manager could install all the drivers for the Manager of BB, but I don't think that is the case with BB10.
