  I'm absolutely in love with my passport, but I had a few ideas on how to make touchpad a little more helpful and make things a bit faster and more convenient;

  1. navigate through the pages of the home screen with the touch pad.

  File Manager is not a word processor or a laptop. Then, to my knowledge you cannot paste text there.

  Paste your collection of references in a text file and then save this file in the location you want with file manager: this seems much more logical for me at least.

  Hello! Please check this. I am aware that there are similar issues with a solution here, but I'm here for a slightly different reason.

  Now I can´t find the email to talk to an official apple which is what I need. I need a to confirm that the movement of the front facing camera is a known problem due to poor/low quality glue and goes without having the phone in a drop of water or any form of damage. This happened to me, I have never dropped my iPhone, but through the daily use (usually, no extreme movement or whatever it is) the device is passed so that the gray "half moon" covers half of the hole for the camera. So naturally I talked to the place where I bought it, it was sent to repair (ish, they never repair, they send you just a new) where we discovered that the iPhone was slightly bent. I was shocked, that I never did anything that could cause such damage, but realized that somehow he had to me. Accordingly, any warranty has been deleted, then they won´t looking at the camera because the phone is folded. I explained that the issue of the camera is well known and he did not as a result of the bending. They do not believe me, and that's why I need a Apple to write me an email saying that the problem is known and that it does not come as a result of the bending.   While it is true that there are those who knew their glass/screen covering part of their front facing camera, this question can also be reproduced with force by bending from your iPhone.   Hello and welcome to the community!

  There is no way to move forward without these credentials. Theft protection is a very strong security feature and cannot be bypassed.

  You must get these credentials, complete the initial Setup with the credentials and throw then a WIPE on the device, again enter these credentials. After the WIPE, you'll then be able to use/create a new BBID during initial installation.

  If the seller will not provide you with the credentials, their next option would be for you to return the unit to them and to the steps above, except for the last part (for example, they should start CLEANING with their powers, but does not start the device upwards later), and then they send it back to you.

  The last option is so... If the seller has represented the device as being fully usable by you, and if they either of the above, then they distorted the device for you and should refund you. If they do not cooperate, use the functions of "Buyer Protection" eBay.

  USB broken on Passport, incoming device for extended warranty replacement, need to backup my contacts. Oh and the battery at 9% and does not obviously.

  Tried to Bluetooth, passport says that I need to enable Internet Tethering, but Internet Tethering says battery is too low.

  Tried by wi - fi, but not backup Blackberry link Wi - Fi (Blackberry Desktop on Windows 7).

  The USB absolutely does NOT work. When I plug it in with the original and oldest charger Playbook charger, the display cycles between charge/no display connected to once per second. When it is plugged into a Mac, the drive appears then disappears.

  Passport was soaked when I got caught in the rain. Recently updated passport to update to the latest OS10.

  Any suggestions?

  You can try InTouchApp for BlackBerry World contacts. It is very good for the backup of the contacts. Otherwise, if you saved your contacts in your email, then you need not worry, you can synchronize when you set up an account the next time. Good luck with the replacement!
