BlackBerry Q10 not able to complete the Startup Wizard

After buying the unit BB Q10, I was surprised to not finish start Wizard.

All stages of development to market went well except for the last one - 'Software Update'. This still didn't inform me saves don't not (device) with BB infrastructure without the possibility to go back / next / finishing (I can't do try again or stop)

Message:

"Your device cannot be registered with the Blackberry Infrastructure."

After restarting the device much I always have the same behavior. Charging of BB OS link did not help also.

I'm really stuck with it, so I would appreciate any help from your side.

Finally, I have the explanation for this behavior. My BB Q10 camera was stolen and so blocked by the seller. After some time, asked to cooperate with the police on this case.

So I think that this device has been blocked by the BB company, probably by asking the seller.

Be careful when you buy your BB device at the announcement. Check your warranty certificate by phoning the seller in big unit!
