  I just installed Outlook 2013 on my moms pc, it was windows live mail before (using pop3). 2013 Outlook is defined by using the same e-mail account but with IMAP. When I exported the mails from WinLiveMail to Outlook 2013, everything went well. But when I started windows live mail again he re-uploaded all mails are now available on the e-mail again, server resulting duplicates.

  An IMAP email account is a duplicate of what is on the mail server, while only pop mail downloads all messages from the server unless you have selected the option to keep a copy on the server.

  In Outlook depends on where/what records that any mail has been saved, as if they were stored in imap folder while the pop email account feared they were new msgs

  With a Q10 how to copy an email address (without contact) recipients e-mail received in the body of another email? With my Torch 9800 I could click on the name of the person who sent me the email and select "Show email address" and then click on copy. I can't understand how to do this with a Q10.

  Try this Brian... Once you open the e-mail, type the name of the sender, it will then show the email account and to which it is sent in an expanded view. Now tap and hold on the sender name again, the right vertical bar should now appear, select copy name. Head to the new body of the e-mail, press and hold in the body of the email right vertical bar appears, select Paste. Note that it will also stick the name next to the email address, so you can delete if you do not need.

  This is how I do it, found nothing as fast as this so far. Hope that helps.

  Obviously, the ability to filter emails (newsletter, etc.) are passed on to the bby is a key part of the appeal of bby, I'm sure that they would not eliminate this feature.

  However - how I put it to the top/reactivate it?

  There is probably nothing you can do directly. As a customer of O2, you got an email address hosted. This email address can only provide a legacy device BB (except if the redirection rule is placed on behalf of O2). BB10 devices cannot receive emails from these addresses housed except via forwarding. Finally, you can access, via another carrier, hosted e-mail from another carrier.

  Therefore, what I take has happened, is that your legacy device has been assigned, by O2, a hosted email address. Now that you've left O2, they took the association to your device for this email address. Therefore, if someone sent to this email address, they receive a rejection because there is nowhere for the O2 deliver e-mail to.

  O2 can only solve this problem. It should be simple enough for them to place the transmission authorized on the e-mail address and allow you to continue to receive these (via transfer) for the period of 1 year. Unless, of course, O2 has completely shut down the BIS account and close so also e-mail address. If this is the case, then there may not be any account for them to actually allow the redirect on. I don't know if the transmission of 1 year is subject to the remaining with that carrier or not... it is quite possible that in order to receive the consignment, you should stay a customer of O2, but with a non-BIS account for your device BB10. Switch to another carrier may well just completely shut down this email address hosted, and there may be nothing that can be done. Anyone who sends to this email address will ever receive such a rejection response.

  But, once again, only O2 can look at their systems to see what is happening exactly not.

  2 - Send it from the e-mail on the desktop in pdf

  3. it is on the desktop at the top of the page in pdf format! seems unprofessional, but it works

  My led notification Q10 begins to Flash when a call, e-mail or any comes, but after about 15 minutes, it stops flashing. My previous is 9700, its LED keep flashing until you read or checked the notification. I tried to enter the top 30 seconds button, I think it is not the way and does not work for me. So I was wondering, how long the LED is supposed to Flash on Q10? and is this normal?

  The LED on all BB devices always expired after about 15 minutes or more. I got the 9700 and it expired for me, as well, so I don't know why you say it's different on the 9700.
