• BlackBerry Z10 problem receiving and sending SMS

  I'll have a problem, send and receive SMS messages. My carrier is Verizon. Maybe 1 out of 20 messages will make. When people called me and told me that they never got my messages, I tried to send me a few messages to check and none of them have been through. Does anyone know what would cause this and how to fix it? Thank you, Chris.

• The phones call log smart blackBerry, connection cables and several SMS

  Hello... Using a Blackberry Curve 8900, bought about 10 days back.

  Can you please advise me how to put the call on log settings...

  I can't see the fact/received/missed calls in the morning, when I check in the evening...

  Pls advise.

  Also, I have a cable in my car for I - pod, which works very well (when I connect the cable for ipod, the sound comes through the speakers of the car)... but when I connect it to the port of blackberry, there is no output sound in it... (I was eager to do away with the i - pod)... assistance requested!

  Also, I noticed that I can not add more than 10 prs both for texting!

  It's very disappointing, because I used earlier my nokia e90 to send 100 sms to a go... and that for I type on my system and send my system... any help on this would be great too!

  Try to hit the green button to go in your call log. Click on the menu button and go to Options. Try to change your phone list. Also if you are in your list of Messages you can press ALT + P to display the list of your calls

  Not sure about this one. He said that it is compatible with the BlackBerry? Since the BlackBerry has a receiver bluetooth inside, products like this work well for listening to the music and phone calls in the car

  Hi I just upgraded my software and can no longer can transfer any SMS messages received shortly by selecting the text and paste it as a new message! The previous version of the software has allowed it and allowed you to send SMS as an e-mail, again unlike the new software update.

  Make a backup of your device first, using Desktop Manager > backup. Close the office at the end Manager.

  2. go in c:\program files Research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."

  I am writing to my sister. She has a BB 8330... updated with the latest version of the software. Suddenly, we noticed that it is unable to recover photos by mms (she had previously). In fact, she is unable to retrieve an mms with only text. The message she received trying to extract an image is "could not retrieve the content of the message.   Tanzim thank you very much for your quick response.  No, phones who sent mms messages are an another BB 8330 and a Motorola razer.

  She contacted the 'Documents to go' people and they responded that she needed to download an older version and then she would be able to receive mms messages.  They have not themselves give instructions or links!  So, we wonder if she would like to download an older version... She would still have the premium version, she paid for.  I'll learn more and let you know.  The 'documents to go' people must have encountered this problem before.  Too bad, they don't tell people before they download it!

• BlackBerry smartphones can not send SMS all showing pending

  I composed a few SMS messages. After having worked very well until today, for some reason any, although a message can't send anything now. What I did / I forgot to do? Ive only had the phone for 4 days and have to say that I love him, but it's really annoying! Help! All of my connections are on and I'm currently at about one meter of my broadband connection!

  Had had enough and took my phone shop Vodafone. They gave me a replacement SIM, after verifying that all my settings were correct. When they took my old SIM, they commented "oh, my dear, you have an old SIM you don't have it" [the story of my life!]. Inserted the replacement SIM card and went home. Found that I could get only SOS via the phone and SMS messages could not be sent to all them [rather than be left as "pending" as they were before]. Technical support phoned and nice lady spoke to me through the authentication of SIM [seems it didn't had not been 'authenticated' entirely by the store], turned phone off, removed and reinserted new SIM and switched back on. And that is, all flashed in life!

  Now also supported top and syncronised my old palm PDA to the blackberry via Outlook - everything is going very well and now in market! Next problem - will not work quite how to transfer my documents/spreadsheets, but this is the problem of the future!

  1. How can I delete a whole bunch of emails at a time? with "BOLD" you used to be able to REMOVE FIRST

• New blackBerry Bold Smartphones and the SMS Port problems

  

  I recently improved last night from my 9650 on Verizon, and whenever I do the discount to zero (battery and buttons) I get a pop up window that says SMS Port already in use.  This happens also with the card SIM do I do I wipe and finish then re-install at all?

  It's a common error on the device who have installed more than one 'SMS port' asking to listen. Think of SmrtGuard, DexRex, PeekaWho, matrix of the alert, alert BlackBerry.

  Think, what applications did you use SMS messaging for a function?

• BlackBerry Q10 press and HOLD to capital

  When I started using my new Q10, I was able to generate a CAP by pressing any key of the letter. Now, it's just rrrrepeats when I take the letter keys. I have inadvertanatly changed a setting? Or is it something that happened when I installed the software was last updated? I certainly prefer the function "Hold for CAP" rather that "repeat a letter" function. Thanks for your help.

  Restart the device and see if that helps... high power button on edge for a few seconds > restart at the bottom right.

  I do not remember a setting to force that long press the CAP, it's all automatic.

  I don't see how to paste test into an email or a message that I cut to an e-mail or a text?

  There is then no option to paste in the new email or text...

• BlackBerry Q10 Emails and attachments are archived - can't remove

  Messages that were previously deleted are still on my device. When I click on the icon search messages from a few months ago, plus any attachments were included in these messages. When I try to delete through the delete/trash icon, they are always there. I deleted all the messages from the server. Why these archived and why can I not remove them? Thank you.

  Remove account, add back by going to settings > accounts.
