BlackBerry Q5 Q5: can not be updated to 10.2.1 OS version because of interrupted download

I just bought a BlackBerry Q5 smartphone today and I want to update the OS important 10.2.1 release.
I installed the application Link on Pro Windows8.1 (with the latest version of .NET), but I can't perform the update because it does not meet.
He is interrupted while downloading, gives an error and told to try again later.
I read on the internet that many users experience this problem (as with other methods of update like web or wi - fi) and so I ask the solution here.
Is it possible to download the update from a server and update manually?
I'm new to the world of BlackBerry and I'm passionate about, please help me.

Thank you for your support. I have yet to follow the instructions, because this morning I managed to perform the update just by the phone itself, by wi - fi. I tried and it succeeded. I'm not able to find out if this morning update with link method would work too.

    No, because the limiting factor is the computer is USB 2.0, which is how it connects any external drive apart the external drive. As USB 2.0 is much slower, there is no real advantage to a 7200 RPM drive. What you need is a Firewire enclosure that supports FW800 which is much faster than USB 2.0.

    I solved my problem.  I went back to my computer and I went back to my reliable want 700-074 also having windows installed 10.  My little program works very well and I was able to update the program.  This program was one of the many problems with this computer.
