BlackBerry Q5 Q5-Outlook - have to put the password several times

One of my coworkers has the Q5. He changed his password on his computer which was in turn change on his phone. Since then, every half hour it gets disconnected from his email and should put its new password. This is beyond frustrating. It does not receive its emails within a reasonable time because of this.

The error message:

He repeated to me that your account is more synchronized with your device. Verify your account settings are correct. If they are correct, see your mail service provider. This happens every hour and I continue to put my password in?

Please help.

I suggest you withdraw his account of the device and add it again. Also if he has 2 - step verification enabled on his Outlook account turn it off until he gets his account set up with the device and then turn on checking of 2 steps again. It would certainly help.
