  I tested with a SD card that usually work on other devices, so I guess that the card is not defective. It's a card SD transcend 1 GB 45 x. And I know that the card is seen by the DV, because it creates folders on it for recording photo or video.

  Has anyone an idea to help me sort this out?

  before you start an update of the firmware, it is very important the battery completely full.

  After the battery is fully charged please do the fw update again.

  I have updated the firmware and my printer drivers for the last realease (17/10/2012) on my P1102 printer. The printer now turns off completely after 4 hours. I changed the setting in the driver to "never turn off" but it makes no difference. It's a big problem that I use the PC connected to the printer via remote access and so I can print is no longer when I want to. How I either restore the firmware or stop the printer turn off please?
