  Recently, I noticed that my bbm "n" shortcut did not, all the other shortcuts like memo, calculator, etc. have been working well. I cross checked the "n" key on the message, e-mail etc., which works very well. It was obvious that the key is fine, probably thinking of the device is in need of an upgrade of the OS, I upgraded to 6.0.0.706 to the download site for the India BB software.   In my case, I can't so BBM to complete all steps of the installation (in my case, it has to do with the fact that I don't have any active data plan from my mobile provider... This is a sine qua non for BBM, so I do not think that it actually works on my device). But in your case, withdrawal (per above) and try again may be cautious.

  Scroll down to BlackBerry AppWorld > delete.

  How can I restore ONLY my BBM contacts using the desktop software?  I looked through the choice of data but none like the right. I have a Torch 9800 and I use the latest office software. (6.0 bundle 1907)

  I use my BB especially for work it is setup with connection of mail company so last week when I had problems they have wiped my BB and now my email and business contacts sync works well again but I lost all my BBM contacts.

  In the restore office option, I use the "select parameters and device data" to select data to restore, but I cannot easily determine what type of data I should be restore so I didn't wipe my e-mail contacts existing or other parameters. Given that I had about 60 BBM contacts fields that show a counter that is close (and therefore looks promising) to the correct quantity are: Messages, folders, store of Trusted keys, stored key pocket, and recent contacts.

  Any help or thoughts are appreciated.

  A few annoying problems recently with my Bold 9700.

  First, my Blackberry has suddenly started to massively delete recent appointments in my calendar, which will attempt to remove them from my Outlook calendar when I synchronize the device to my laptop.  This has not happened before, and I checked to make sure that the schedule is set to never delete nominations, and it is set correctly.

  Second, my Blackberry App World application (both on the device and online) does not display one of my installed applications, except one, but they are all still on the device and working properly.  I'm 18 apps installed from BB App World, beyond the pre-installed applications on the device, which are less than 10 MB in total size.

  The reason I think that the problem could be linked to the internal flash memory is that whenever I want to install an application, I usually get a message indicating there is enough memory and I have to uninstall some other applications to free up space.  When I checked my memory earlier, he said that had less than 1 MB.  I restarted the machine and now it tells me there is 12.2 MB of available space, which always seems incredibly low for me since I installed only about 10 MB of my own applications.  So, I delete the file all attachments of the device and do not keep e-mail on the device beyond 30 days, and all media is stored on flash cards, not in the device memory.

Now, previously, we used two different phones, she was using a Nokia 3500C (GSM), while I was using a Motorola KRZR K1M CDMA (). I tried port both of our lists of contacts from phone above.

  First, I tried to copy the contacts to my wife in the Nokia SIM card. I then put the SIM card in its new BB, and it would not read the SIM card. I guess that's because BB is locked to a specific carrier. My carrier unlock our phones until we've been with them 3 months, that use me at the moment.

  Then I simply imported contacts into our PC with Nokia Software and then saved your contacts file to *. CSV format. I also did the same thing on my Motorola, with the Motorola software and also recorded one *. CSV file. When I tried to read the two contacts in the Blackberry Desktop Manager, he returned with an error:

  Error has occurred. Error code: 0 x 80040057.

  I think it has something to do with some of the fields that exist in a phone but not the other. I would have thought that their Intellisync software would know how to take care of this?
