  • BlackBerry smartphone accessing password Keeper data using office software

I recently had a pressure of crack in the LCD screen on my Curve 8310.

I need to access my passwords stored in password keeper, however given that the LCD is toast, impossible to read anything on the phone.

I'm waiting on a replacement LCD screen, but need to pass, as soon as POSSIBLE.

Are there programs to display the program on the pc?

I tried a solution that actuall work, so I thought I'd post in case anyone else has this same problem.

I had previously saved data for my Blackberry Curve 8310 using the office management software.

I downloaded a Simulatr for my Curve 8310 and installed the software.  I found the Simulator to the BlackBerry Smartphone simulators - URL

    http://NA.BlackBerry.com/eng/developers/resources/simulators.jsp

Once the program was installed, I ran the program, which shows a picture of the phone.

I started my office management software.

Now to back in the Smartphone Simulator

In the menu, I selected 'USB cable connected' which simulates the connection of the smartphone.

Once I did this, the office management software prompted me to create settings then phone again.

Once I implemented this new virtual phone, I restored my backup from the virtual desktop management software to the new.

I could then use the mouse to go to the password manager and open the program.  It prompted me for my password and all data appeared.

Hope this helps someone else.  Good luck.

  • BlackBerry smartphones some of your data has not been saved

Using BlackBerry Desktop Software 7.1.0.37 I get the following warning message after a return to the top of my BlackBerry Torch 9800 (version 6.0 of 2647 software bundle): 'some of your data has not been saved. Some data are not included in the file back. DataType: BlackBerry Messenger entered: 0/2 ".

Hello and welcome to the community!

Could the BBM Contacts... There are situations where those who are not properly saved with desktop software. Reference:

    • KB20554 How to back up and restore the BlackBerry Messenger contacts list

If you moved to BBM 7, then your BBM contacts are saved "the cloud" as part of your association ID BB to BBM.

Otherwise, you can compare the databases on your BB against what is contained in the backup file to determine exactly what is missing:

    • KB03974 List of database for the blackBerry smartphone

You would need a 3rd party PC app to analyze and present you the backup file "readable" format to compare.

FYI - for all recommendations and backup processes, see for more information:

    Good luck!

    1. I have reset several times (by removing the battery, the key combination)

3 - I tried to update desktop software, but I have the latest version.
4 had to upgrade the software on my 8900 online, but after nearly three hours and see no change I am disconnected.

I still have the same problem, someone has any suggestions?

    Hello

In this case I recommend to use the application loader to reload the software on your BlackBerry smartphone. First make sure that you download and install the software on your site of carriers here: http://bbry.lv/cp57Eb.

Loader.exe is located in C:\Program Files Research In Motion\Apploader.

Make sure that the BlackBerry smartphone is connected directly to the computer, if a laptop computer and plugged in the back if a desktop computer.

Once you open then the click of application loader.exe. In this screen, you will see the login box. Connect your BlackBerry smartphone at the moment to see if it is recognized by the application. If it is not the battery and try to connect to the battery (it should display PIN USB: UNKNOWN) go ahead and click Next once the loading process starts, replace the battery in the BlackBerry smartphone.

    Thank you

  • BlackBerry Smartphones ATT Curve 8900 -... broken screen trying to backup - stops the browser data cache

How can I remove (saw it solved problem a precondition of the user)... when I do not see the screen (reason I had to replace the phone).  Just trying to save the old to new curve 8900.  Thank you.

Photos should be on your microSD card.  Simply drag the map to the new device.  If you have pictures in the memory of the device (and not on the media card) they appear in "storage of content."

  • Update blackBerry Smartphones don't 8900 a.231

My 8900 is running 4.6.1.133. When I try to upgrade the operating system by using the application in DM 5.0 loader, he recognizes la.231. When I select and click on next, in the "Update the summary" pane, he says "no software update is required for your device. I also tried with DM 4.7 and it does not even recognize que.231 is installed on my computer. I also tried to update via the Blackberry.com in charger of the browser. He says that my device software is up-to-date. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I subscribe to T-Mobile, et.231 is a T-Mobile release. I should not need to remove the vender.xml, should I? In any case, I got it to work. I tried the update via blacberry.com again with DM 4.7 installed on my computer instead of 5.0, and it worked! Thanks for the help anyway!

  • Protect blackBerry Smartphones, I deleted my data from my blackberry by mistake

    Hello

I thought I was archiving my data in my blackberry protect account, but it seems that I have deleted by mistake.

I don't have access to my blackberry phone because it's a fight to be flashed, to freeze for more than 48 hours.

How can I recover the deleted data from the balckberry protect account, I could see my bb coordinated and my model of bb before you protect my bb has been deleted in error.

I need to get all my details back please

    ESE

Hello and welcome to the community!

It has developed before... and the answer has not changed. There is no possibility to recover what has been removed from the servers of BB Protect... once removed, disappeared forever. BB Protect is an excellent element of a good backup strategy, but IMHO should never be relied on as the single component.

    Sorry for your loss.
