  You can also benefit from BBSAK (BBSAK.ORG)... that is a good utility to attempt to recover a BB of. You will have to experiment a lot, though, to try to connect your BB to your PC/USB just at the right time in the boot sequence (as the loading bar progresses) in order so that it can be recognized and allow you to proceed.

  It will take several attempts to get the combination of keys ESC (press/release/hold) OK, so be patient. When properly in Safe Mode, see what happens.

  If the behavior continues, then well... think what happened just before this behavior started? A new application? An update? A theme? Something else? Think carefully that the slightest change can be causal... and try to undo all that was.

  But if the behavior continues mode without failure, you may need to consider more drastic measures - WIPE, OS Reload, BBSAK Wipe/Reload and the process of reloading OS 'skeleton '.   6. after rebooting, my bb seems ok until it to load menus and other. But it's only for 15 seconds. After 15 seconds, an icon (loading star * like the sunflower) appeared.

  7. my bb stuck and I can ' t use any button / touch screen function. My screen will not also turn off their light.

  8. I tried to restart almost 6 times (remove battery), but it still the same...

  * I use the menu for 15 sec then it becomes insensitive...
