  TCC - I THANK YOU first to respond to my situation and the second to be ON - it appears that you are an expert on the RIM! That was the problem - integration. Apparently my Blackberry account 'forgotten' about my domain name and had to be reinstated. I discovered by obtaining technical support for my carrier, AT & T and when they could not understand why the e-mail accounts could not be created, they transferred me to RIM. The first level of technology was also confused, but Nick and then of the immediately higher level of tech told me exactly what you have written here - same problem, same solution. CptS, thank you!

  We had a member of the labor force leave our company who has used his personal blackberry to receive emails from work on his handset. Even if he has left to join a competitor that it continues to receive our emails to sales.

  We know the email address (this is our address general sales)- but we do not know its PIN BB code

  Is there a way we can ask RIM to list the devices that access the e-mail account on a BB device and then ask a removal device?

  If this email account has been integrated into its BB via your company BES, your admins BES need simply to remove it from the BES console.

  If this email account has been integrated through BIS, then the thing safest to do would be the same thing that everyone should do every time that happens the turnover - change all passwords on the systems to which the former employee had access. Yes, this means that all users access this email account must reconfigure their interfaces, but given this symptom, there may be others who also have access to it? It is likely (IMHO) time for an audit and a reauthorization of only those users who need access.

  I don't think that RIM may even find the information you are looking for... Well, not just at least... would probably someone to do a little digging around to find it. Even if they consented to it, I'd bet that you would pay very very heavy for them to do. As this isn't anything within 'normal' support, I think your only option even ask about this is via paid incident support, which costs a tax just BTW even ask the question.   Click on e-mail settings-> put the username and password (if defined by you)-> sub service go to email accounts-> hitting the button Delete in the ID e-mail that you want to remove.

  Well, there are several schools of thought. But, if I understand correctly, BIS is to reduce consumption of minutes/KB on BB. BIS, which is located on your network carriers, check periodically (15 minutes is documented) for new messages to your server. If there is nothing, no traffic is generated for your BB. If there is something, it is pushed to your BB. A manual check on your part would run counter to the goal of saving the minutes/KB since you begin it on your part for the potential of zero return. It is not perfect, but this is how it works... and I'm not losing too much brain power and hope it is different. But that's just my opinion. For me, I'm used to the way it works... and with the habit, he likes a lot. That validates an old adage-'thing' 'best' for all who is the one to which they are most used.

  No this is not possible. The BBID, you use is associated with the device, you are using, the e-mail address is the user and cannot be associated with two BlackBerry smartphones to consider it time of the password.

  I suggest that you create a new e-mail address for the sole purpose of using it as a BlackBerry ID.

  I'm doing some proactive cleaning the contacts whose e-mail address contains characters that are questionable - such as

  Unfortunately, I found that I can't create filters for addresses that contain? or * because these two characters are treated as wildcards (? is for a single wildcard character, and * is the joker of several characters).

  Update: open a folder with support - special characters * and?  are not allowed in the domain of the email address part.  That's what is validated during creation.

  It is also not really any EASY way to get those email addresses that contain these characters - I can create filters that will shoot only so many email addresses and then filter through Excel.  This is going to be painful because I have several million in our database.  I may be able to get many of them through other criteria (lack of activity, rebounds, etc.), so I'll probably wait on them.

  Sometimes contacts added to a book without all the info and does not seem to appear. You can find them by starting an email and it was addressing the problem email address. Save the email in drafts.
  Now go to the drafts folder and select the message by clicking it once.
  Make sure that the message pane is enabled in the drafts folder. F8 activates / deactivates the message on and outside pane.

  If you are unable to remember your password, security issues, do not have access to your address of rescue or are unable to reset your password for any reason, your only option is to contact the Support of Apple ID, to speak to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID This way you can be attributed to the assistance, even if you do not have an AppleCare plan.

  You will need to be patient with the process and to be ready to prove without doubt that the account belongs to you. Do not expect access to be restored immediately and if you are not the owner of the Apple ID saved to the device the account will not be reset.

  No this is not possible, the e-mail address you used your BBID, is associated with the device that you use it on. It is also the BBID username. And cannot be used on another device, no matter that there is a different password.

  I suggest that you create a new e-mail account, just for the sole purpose of using it as a BBID.
