  If there is a latent policy, there is only one way to remove it... and while I can't tell exactly what you hear of "hard reboot", this probably isn't the appropriate method. To check, however, see this:

  And, even if it seems to result in a negative, there is perhaps a COMPUTER policy on board... 'stealth' rare, but they exist. To clean, you must do:

  Of course, remember to take a backup before and after restore... but do not make big. One of the saved databases contains policy COMPUTER and, if you restore that, you'll be right where you started.   Just after 2 days, it has some issues of appeal & off-grid chess. To validate the question with the handset, I checked the SIM card even with other mobile & it worked perfectly.

  Now,.

  Should I go to an authorized service center to solve this problem?

  (If Yes, then please suggest a BB in Vadodara official service center.)

  Check here and locate the authorized Service Center near you, service centers for the BlackBerry Smartphones in India . But FYI as much as I know they will fix all the water damage to devices.

  You can contact any local Mobile repair shop and see what they can offer. But more often in a water damage repair BlackBerry smartphone will cost a lot and you can't guarantee that it will work perfectly over a long period, you may experience the same problem right now or a new. So I think better to buy a new device or an opportunity instead of this unit damaged by the water.
