BlackBerry Smartphones BB ID was saved with a non-existent address - now cannot reset password

When I registered for the Appworld, instead of typing my e-mail address as @rogers.blackberry.net I typed as @rogers.blackberry.com
In any other system of record in the world, e-mail address would have been verified before accepting it. But developers Appworld apparently assume that people are perfect and never make mistakes.
Now, I can not receive the password reset email and I can not support. My provider, Rogers, insists that Appworld is a RIM service and they can help not only me but not equipment would also increase the issue of the RIM; I spoke to a Manager and the same thing.     In my case, I can't so BBM to complete all steps of the installation (in my case, it has to do with the fact that I don't have any active data plan from my mobile provider... This is a sine qua non for BBM, so I do not think that it actually works on my device). But in your case, withdrawal (per above) and try again may be cautious.

    He request and update the application identity BB as well? If that failed, then you have to force that.

    I think BT (Bluetooth) MAC and the MAC (WIFI) to make the difference. The BlackBerry smartphone is not a

    real MAC identifier.

    Please uninstall AppWorld options > device > application management.

    Scroll down to BlackBerry AppWorld > delete.

    To paraphrase, what this means is that there is already a BB ID associated with this BB, and there is only one way to change the association ID BB to BB:

    Whereas a WIPE seems drastic, it is nevertheless the only way to change the ID of BB BB is associated.

    Press menu for a few second it will pop up a screen and will let you know how many applications are running in the background. In addition, your home screen page go to Option > device. > Application management > move your Trackpad right or left, it will display the Cpu uses screen.     A few annoying problems recently with my Bold 9700.

    First, my Blackberry has suddenly started to massively delete recent appointments in my calendar, which will attempt to remove them from my Outlook calendar when I synchronize the device to my laptop.  This has not happened before, and I checked to make sure that the schedule is set to never delete nominations, and it is set correctly.

    Second, my Blackberry App World application (both on the device and online) does not display one of my installed applications, except one, but they are all still on the device and working properly.  I'm 18 apps installed from BB App World, beyond the pre-installed applications on the device, which are less than 10 MB in total size.

    The reason I think that the problem could be linked to the internal flash memory is that whenever I want to install an application, I usually get a message indicating there is enough memory and I have to uninstall some other applications to free up space.  When I checked my memory earlier, he said that had less than 1 MB.  I restarted the machine and now it tells me there is 12.2 MB of available space, which always seems incredibly low for me since I installed only about 10 MB of my own applications.  So, I delete the file all attachments of the device and do not keep e-mail on the device beyond 30 days, and all media is stored on flash cards, not in the device memory.

    The most important question I have to solve is how to prevent the device to delete data from calendar (it keeps recurring appointments, but has been deleted and everything before about two weeks ago).

  • BlackBerry smartphone WiFi automatic switching network with OS 5.0.0.46 1?

    There was an earlier version of the OS 5 (I don't remember which) that I was using with the 8900 which seems to connect to WiFi networks automatically known to me. For example, once I have connected to my home and work wireless networks (at least once), it could automatically connects with these networks when I'm in the neighborhood. I didn't change anything on the BB or manually switch networks.

    However, since using 5.0.0.46 1, the 8900 is no longer connects to the known WiFi signals automatically. Someone said that this has something to do with the setting of the 'unique scan profile' option in the WiFi configuration options screen. But I tried to turn this option on AND outside, and it seems to make no difference. Indeed, if this option is disabled, the 8900 does not connect to ANY WiFi network. If this option is enabled, it only connects to the network I need to manually choose.

    Can someone tell me what their experience with automatic connection with WiFi networks known? Y at - it a setting or option that I'm not aware. It's a pain to always have to manually switch networks when I go back home to work and vice versa.

    It seems that the problem I mentioned in the opening post is related to 5.0.0.46 1.  Yesterday, I saw that there was a 'leaked' to the 8900 OS. This is OS 5.0.0.50 9.  I download and installed this new OS and my problem went away. Now the 8900 will connect to known WiFi networks automatically when I "Enable single profile analysis" option unchecked.

I found an article on the upgrade and got the update 8320M_PBr4.5.0_rel108_PL2.7.0.78_A4.5.0.81_Rogers as my carrier is AT & T and the phone was originally locked to T-Mobile. I guess I didn't have the update from T-Mobile as I feared that could re - lock the phone (please, correct me if I'm wrong but, as I do not know this for sure). I have saved everything and began the process of update with Desktop Manager v4.6. Everything seemed to go well until the point that it seemed he was installing the new software.

    Now my BB is glued to a black and white screen, at the top "Platform BlackBerry 2.7.0.78" is written and there are some applications written in text just below. Address book, alarm, calculator, etc. If I try to click on one of them, I get an error or another. Desktop Manager is no longer able to recognize the device and MissingSync on OS X tries in vain to connect and synchronize with him.

    Your BB is very probably not brick. First of all, I recommend unplug BB from USB and restart the Mac and then reconnect the BB to the USB port, then running Vista, reopen DM and see if you can log in again.

    If this isn't the case, I recommend that you find a friend with a PC.
