BlackBerry Smartphones bb messaging problem

I have a bold 9700. I cannot now access my mail blackberry using the blackberry messenger icon. This is why I'm unable to access my contacts lists, visit my groups, add and or remove contacts post pictures etc. I am, however, able to talk to people who send me messages using my messages folder, but even in this case I don't receive all their messages. What should I do?

It's a pretty old version of the operating system.  I recommend updating to the latest version which will probably solve your problem.

    Yay lol... ok so I called AT & T... took about an hour to figure it out... it's my service center number (that was previously mentioned.) I put it to 151... the number of service center would be a completely different with a symbol '+' in front of the 12-digit number. After a long battle with my Blackberry, im proud to say that the problem is solved... Thanks again to all who have been generous enough to offer help and advice, I want you to know that I appriciate it. Thanks again =)

    Please open the SMS folder, press menu BB sign > Option > change network option to send > press ESC > save & then try again.

    BB Pearl 8110 cannot receive or send emails.

    Request password passed to the device.

    Password or the United Nations are not valid.

    Imagine the United Nations cannot be invalid (it's my e-mail address - and they managed to get my pw to me) and I was sent to the IPL.

    The email acount pw has never been the same as the account of the BIS.

    UH... can't think of anything else. Quite perplexed. Would be happy to give congratulations and solve the problem if I am able.

    Ahhh... so in this case, you should contact your provider for assistance... they control your BIS account (RIM/BB control not your BIS account, btw... make the carriers).

    I have configured my 3 email (google, yahoo, msn) accounts when I bought my phone. Without thinking, I changed all 3 passwords for email accounts on my PC and I stopped getting emails completely.

    For a while, I was able to still send emails from my account msn but which has recently discontinued. Of course, I forgot my password e-mail settings and he asked several times to my phone and it says that he was correctly sent each time.

    Today, finally, I tried in my PC and I got the password. Of course, I now do not remember the username (I'll never let my husband set up my phone again. He wrote Furgol haha).

    Is anyway to reset a username? Once I have spend apart from this question, I'll be able to update my passwords of email from my phone, so I can finally start again using this feature?

    (3) restart to take batt

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery.     What is the problem with my phone now? Usually, I get the error "this application has encountered an error and cannot continue" I want just my email in return. For the most part, I get "your device had a problem connecting to the server.

  • Copy of blackBerry Smartphones receive messages that I've sent

    Whenever I have send an email on my phone I get a copy of it immediately... almost instantly after you send. It comes in the form of message not read myself. I clearly messed up an email affecting somewhere... It also happens if I send an email from my pc... almost instantly after you send the message on my blackberry.

    Also is there anyway to stop receiving messages "called" in my Inbox on my pc? whenever I have a message from my blackberry the confirmation message "delivered" appears in my Inbox on my pc.

    Wow... it sounds as if you have an old configuration of GMail in BIS... see this article:

    • KB10332 Duplicate sent email message arrives on the BlackBerry smartphone when sent using a built-in Gmail account

    This problem was actually fixed several months ago... If you configure your GMail account to provide IMAP and then delete and recreate your conduit BIS, it shouldn't be a problem. There are all kinds of improvements through the last sheet of GMail in (I have not tried, btw - I use the application add-on GMail rather than BIS for my GMail accounts).

    With respect to the acknowledgement of receipt that you get - you must go to the configuration of your BB Messages and which turns off:

    • Home screen > Messages > BBKey > Options > e-mail settings > (choose the GMail account if you have several) > delivery confirm > set on no.

    There is a person in my contacts that I can not text. Still, he comes up with a x red and says "transfer short message rejected". The person can still text me, however, and I have no trouble calling the number. It only occurs with this contact.

    I tried to delete the contact and re - add, take out battery and sim card, but it does not work.

    Make sure that when you create the contact on your BlackBerry® smartphone, that their mobile phone number includes the area code.  Most providers require that the code is used when sending SMS messages.

    Maybe it's a coincidence, but my 8303e stopped device to synchronize messages between my all of my email accounts - gmail, AOL - deleted after the global outage took place last week.  Additional variants, "Reconcile now" has disappeared from the menu of my messages application.   How can I correct this situation?

    There are two methods for recovering for you to try:

    One:

    • Open Blackberry Desktop Software & connect your device with the PC using the USB cable, without inserting the battery.
    • You have three Retry option, update or cancel, and then click Update.
    • Once it is at the stage of the "initialization of pocket" update, then insert the batteries.

    My boss has a Blackberry attached to his desktop computer and I have full access to his e-mails.  If she removes the emails from his desktop computer and then they disappear from his Blackberry, but if I delete an email from him in my computer box, ir remains on his Blackberry.

    When a delegate removes any element of the box of a BlackBerry smartphone user mailbox, the deleted item is sent to your deleted items folder. Because the BlackBerry Enterprise Server is designed only to synchronize with records of the BlackBerry smartphone user's mailbox, the deleted item is interpreted as missing. The BlackBerry Enterprise Server does not remove an article from the BlackBerry smartphone, unless this element appears in the items deleted in the mailbox when the synchronization folder. You can change your Outlook client for when you remove items from the mailbox to the owners stay in their deleted items folder and they are not being moved to your mailbox. Support blackBerry does not recommend or support this work around, because it requires editing the registry. The Microsoft KB is 202517 and can be found on the microsoft support site. Please don't forget to take precautions normal according to the guidelines from Microsoft if you are planning changes to the registry.
