  Hi Ashish,

  Glad to hear that you have consulted with your BES administrator. Have you tried to ask the BES Admin giving you temporary credentials to get the files you need.

  If this is not possible, continue and then talk with your BES administrator to find the files for your POC on Facebook and Twitter. Please follow the steps as your Admin BES asks you to do (if given by Admin).

  I have no problem with my phone so far - but this morning all of a sudden my message text and MMS folder suddenly only shows my emails.

  I can send texts by going to 'compose SMS', but when I get an answer I don't see the text message... I tried to play with the menu Options and the display folder in my text and MMS Inbox, but nothing seems to work!

  I assume that you must have changed some settings (I haven't touched this but anyway...) - I would like to reset?

  Turn on your BlackBerry and off does nothing, except to turn power on and off. Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart.   You have the choice of where to view your SMS/MMS messages:

  • In your main folder.

  I have a BB Curve and will take a trip to Europe (I am the United States).  I have TMobile, and I continue to receive responses from TMobile about the question to know if I charged for the use of BB Messenger while in Europe.  Are there fees for using BB Messenger or is it a free service offered to all BB phones regardless of the telephone operator?

  This issue has been several responses depending on how YOU will use the data.

  BlackBerry Messenger uses your unlimited dataplan, while you are in the United States. While you're in your home country, you can use BBM to send and receive messages from all worldwide - free - as long as you have the unlimited data plan.

  If you travel abroad, you will need an international data plan and the BBMessenger would then become a part of this plan, IF you get this plan. Otherwise, (a) you not have data in Europe, or (b) you will be charged for the use of international data without an international data plan, and which will cost a lot of money.

  Thus, the follow-up question is... will you have a data Plan International to TMobile on a trip, or what are you plans?

  When I synced my BB Bold 9700 with the Desktop Manager, it updated my software 6.0 Bundle 2921 and since then, my Outlook 2010 calendar no longer sync. I'm in the Organizer/configure the settings and set all the parameters click OK, and then when it goes back to the page of the Organizer, the schedule checkbox is always grayed out. I tried everything (obviously not because it still does not work). Can someone please, please help me before I pull all my hair? Thank you!

  I tried all of this, again and again, I even reset all settings and did it again. When I put them all back to the synchronization page, the check box for calendar is grayed out and it says calendar (not installed). I had a BB for 4 years and never had a problem before now.

  Problem: I tried to upgrade the software of the device to 4.5 and now THE DEVICE WILL NOT RESTART at ALL. Not with a hard reset. Not using the SIM card and the battery of my 8310 and put in his. • BlackBerry Smartphones connecting my "BOLD" for PC

  I know this question has been asked before and if I remembered, it was answered. But it was a long time ago and I forgot the solution.

  When I connect my phone to my PC, I couldn't access my "BOLD" in my Windows Explorer. On my old "BOLD", I could access drive G: and H: (my phone card and the media). But my new not "BOLD" appears is not on my Windows Explorer.

  How can I solve this problem?

  Finally found the solution after going through 31 pages of this forum. I knew there was a solution somewhere that I forgot.

  It has something to do with the help of unlock BB Bold software and somehow mass storage was messed up and PC Windows Explorer will not be recognized.

  I have fixed it now after downloading and running the batch file. My PC now fortunately recognized drive G: and drive H:, who are my BB and its mass storage media.

  For those who has the same problem, most likely, that it is caused by unlock the phone by using a 3rd party software that totally messed up your mass storage. Not caused by the problem «USB driver for Blackberry»

• Since the upgrade to Windows 8 Youtube and other videos flash will not play smoothly

  Since I've upgraded to Windows 8 Youtube and other flash videos will not play smoothly.  When I press play, the video freezes on an image and the sound is fine but the image is locked for several seconds.  So if it starts to play, he is so rough its not watchable.  If I pause the video and let it buffer for a bit and press play again it works usually smooth for 3-4 seconds in the rough again goes.

  This is the case with IE, Firefox and Chrome.  My computer is a HP DV7 3060 64-bit with 4 GB of Ram.

  Are you sure that the update has caused the problem? If so, I think that a restore may be the best solution.

  If that doesn't work, restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.

  Looks like you have a virus/trojan/worm infection pretty good...

  Actually, even if you get executables run again - you can be (read as "will be") better off the coast of a new facility.  Wipe and install media with your product key and other serial numbers and installation for other products media you own and restore your last recognized reliable backup for your files.
