I got a blackberry torch for awhile now which i had bought in England, I live in Spain since September and have used the wifi in my house here in bbm and use all applications, etc. I've recently returned to England to visit and returned to Spain yesterday and connected to my wifi but my bbm, email and fb and all other applications do not work, but I can connect to the browser! I tried different things to make it work again, for example, draws on the battery, taking sim in and out, making sure the data service is on! The wi fi is certainly connected as the signal in the right corner bar is white! Anyone know how to make it work again, he always worked completely fine!

  HII, I have the Curve 8520 with OS 5. I tried to upgrade my BBM when because of an emergency, I had to cancel the download. After that the BBM worked well for as 15hours. It was when I tried to open a BBM group which was shown a restart option. I rebooted after what uninstalled the entire application. I can't find it on the app world. Or when I am trying to reinstal it is installing. It displays an error. Everything else works fine. Can you people suggest a solution or give the name and address of the nearest BB service center in Delhi. Thank you!!

  BBM 7.0 is not supported for OS 5.0 device, but it will be available sometime next time. You can download and install the old version from this link-

• BlackBerry Smartphones Just landed and I don't get the emails.

  I have just landed on an output of the city trip and put in operation the phone and I do not receive email on any of my two email accounts. As expected, the call of tech is today, so I need a little help. I tried taking the batt and card sim, but that did not help.

  Spent the morning on the phone with Tech basically reset my email accounts. It worked for an hour.

  Anyone who knows the same problems and if so what is the fix.

• Aero is deleted and I can't get it back

  I just did a cleaning system and Aero, which was what I had activated and use for years, changed to what looks like Win98 and now Aero is grayed out in the customization, and I can't activate it.

  I also have the latest graphics drivers and my graphics card is able to run Aero because he done so for years.

  I'll tell what I did: I've removed all the system restore because it took 500 GB of space, I also used disk cleanup and removed 30 GB of useless space.

  Can someone tell me please how to get Aero?

  Well I got totally sick even not be able to correctly display web pages and my machine just did not work properly in addition to no Aero, so I did a complete reinstall of Windows 7 and my problem is now solved.

  Thanks for all you help but it was just too difficult to live with, and as you know a clean install always made for a new system of bel.

  I have a BB Bold 9700 and during the holidays, I went to my parents, where there was no cell phone coverage... But the strange thing is that my Contacts disappeared as soon as I lost connectivity... I thought that they would reappear when I had a blanket once again, but no!

  Then I did a restore of my backup in BB Desktop Manager (latest version) and it still does not... I don't know what to do anymore... Any help?

  P.S.: The rest is still there, calendar, recorded messages, photos, etc...)
