BlackBerry Smartphones Blackberry "BOLD" freeze during startup

Hi people!

Maybe you can help me with a problem of f... ing...

Today I installed the new device software 4.6 to my 9000 "BOLD" and everything was fine.

The phone has restarted and worked well.

After that, I installed a third-party software with the desktop software makes bold.

During the installation of the desktop software was frozen and I unplugged my "BOLD" of usb.

After restarting the phone, a white screen appeared with an error message "Error App 200".

and the screen freezes.

After reboot several times with the disconnection of the battery, still the same message appears on the screen.

I have a chance to access my "BOLD"...

What can I do?

    I have a BB Curve 8330, complete dataplan, Verizon service.  Smartphone (CDMA), 4.5.0.77 (Platform 3.2.0.51)

    App World version 1.0.0.30 I have a plan for business use.   I also have a Pay Pal account.

    Downloaded App World through my PC to my BB last week.  It works one or two times, I downloaded a free weather application - that works very well.  Now when I try to run the App World it freezes, either on the screen "loading", or when the first page appears (usually with a recommended application).  I let the phone sit for anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes leaving load pages, but it's just frozen.

    I have to turn off the phone, then again, him turn it on I get an error message that says;

    Untrapped exception: Application net_rim_bb_appworld (423) does not. the process is completed.

    The numbers in parentheses are not always the same.  I'm in an area without strong thread, same place, I was when dl'ing the weather app.

    Shut down and power off

    Disconnect all external devices (USB, Thunderbolt, external LCD) If you use one.

    Restart in safe mode

    Try safe mode if your Mac does not end commissioning - Apple Support

    If you can restart in this mode, restart normally, but do not reconnect the other devices until it finishes booting

    Restart again to add each device one at a time and test each time.

    I have a laptop Dell Precision M4700 which came with Win 7 x 64 final. He also provided Trend AV software. When I try to remove the trend, it seems to have problems, but after a reboot, it seems to be off the system. Then, I try to install MSE which seems fine and can even update and run a scan.     It could be a possibility that the Trend antivirus software has not been uninstalled completely. We can use the uninstall tools provided by the manufacturer of Trend antivirus software to uninstall the software and then install Microsoft Security Essentials.   • S20 freezes on startup with installed PCIe card

    Today I made a new S20 (4105 - 94G) Win 7 x 64 BIOS: 60KT31AUS

    I installed the Quadro FX 580 without problem.

    When I tried to install a Firewire 800 PCIe 1.1 card x 1 system freezes during startup, with the ThinkStation screen with the Intel logo visible. No error message, no beeps. I waited for several minutes. This happens in all three PCIe free slots (x 1, x 4, x 16).

    The card in a Sunix FWB3414G (LSI chip).

    I would like to know 1) if any of you have this card work in an S20, 2) suggestions of what to try next.

    You have a few ongoing issues.

    A system is damaged and must be reinstalled. The hard drive is probably fine, however the data on the hard drive (OS) are not. Run the system recovery and recover your computer in a State of system costs.

    If you were not backup your data, it can be lost.

    What you need to do if you were not backup your data is to remove the hard drive of the computer and add it as a slave on another computer disc. Copy all the important files on the hard drive and save them elsewhere temporarily until you can reinstall the operating system on the HARD drive.

    It is a problem that can happen to any BlackBerry where the camera gets stuck and the screen is frozen. There are two ways to solve this problem. You can reset soft of your Blackberry by pressing the keys Alt + Cap + delete set.

    If this technique does not resolve the problem, you can perform the reset. Find the reset button on the back of the device (which can be down, under the cover of the battery) and press the button using a PIN etc. You lose all the data using one of these methods.     The easiest way is, on a PC (you can not do on MAC):

    (1) make sure that you have a current backup and your BB complete... you can find the instructions at the link in my auto-sig below.

    2) uninstall all the BB OS packages from your PC,

    (3) make sure you have the BB Desktop Software already installed

    (4) download and install on your computer, the BB OS package you want:

    • http://us.BlackBerry.com/support/downloads/download_sites.jsp
    • If all you want are the levels of BONE, it is first sorted by carrier - the carrier supports, your search will be fast. However, some carriers are much slower than others to release updates. To really get the package up-to-date OS for your BB, you need to dig through and find all businesses that support your specific model BB and then compare the BONE levels they support.

    5) remove all copies of the SELLER on your PC. XML... There will be at least one and maybe 2, and they will be located in the same way or to (it changes based on your version of Windows) these files:

    • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
    • C:\Users\(your Windows username) \AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML

    6 (a) to change your level of BB OS installed (at level or lower), you can run the Desktop software and connect your BB... the software should offer the operating system package you have installed on your PC.

    6 (b) or, for recharging your BB OS level installed as well to change, work around the Desktop software and use the CHARGER. EXE directly, through step 2 in this process:

    If, during the process of 6a or 6 b, your BB has an error '507', simply unplug the USB of the BB cord and reinsert it. do nothing else... This should allow the installation to continue.

    If you are on a MAC, you are limited to only your sanctioned carriers OS packages... but can still use any level they currently have to sanction. See this procedure:

    Sent the email in SOS
    The music still plays
    I hit either the button mute or track of equipment before and the music stops, the screen froze and have remained frozen since 09:42 at 09:46, which is when I did a restart by using the key combination of alt + shift led +.

    Its been a month I lived the problems with my BB "BOLD". The problems that I had seem related to bluetooth devices I use.

    I stopped using my device bluetooth BackBeat 903 + for about a month and I have almost never experienced problems with my phone more. My phone to freeze about 2 to 3 times a day and after stopping the use of the BackBeat 903 + I feel only device hangs once a week (whenever I have start to abuse the device and have a lot of things running)

    Yesterday I started using the BackBeat 903 + again and freezing devices returned several times a day. I'll assume, for, now that the BackBeat 903 + is not entirely compatible with the Blackberry Bold 9900.

    I have a Blackberry Bold 9930 and yesterdasy I received a msg saying to upgrade to 7.x software Blackberry. I followed the instructions (takes too long like 2 hours to download) and then. Big mistake because it cooked my phone. It seems that when you upgrade, the upgrade process goes thru, but stops after the time zone to restore the process and reports an error 602 with a reset button to reset your database. The reset button does not work and I restarted the phone to restore the db. At the moment that it restarts, launched the process, and even once, it failed after the msg indicating time zones (100% and overall restoration treatment 7%). Zones roughly completed, but then I got a msg saying I wandered 602 belive. On all courses was about 5 to 10 percent. Now my phone is undesirable because it does not restart. Verizon says they have a large number of phones across the country, but BlackBerry says it's a matter of Verizon...  Someone at - he already heard of this I am now without such a 4 days while I get a replacement Friday because of the holiday...  I am not very happy as another question, I found - during the upgrade process it used the cells instead of my wirelss home network to download the software and it really took about 2 to 3 hours, then another hour before it failed during the upgrade process. So about. 3 to 4 hours to play with an upgrade yesterday.

    Sorry to hear about the problem you are experiencing during the update!

    But you can still use Desktop Software for the update process, personally, I prefer never to do an Over the Air update. I think that something has gone wrong with the update process and thus you encounter this error 602.

    You have a backup of your device, or using BlackBerry protect for the backup?

    If you wish you can try several method to recover your device of this error, all you need is a PC and an Internet connection active. But attention, this method deletes the data user in this device. This is the Knowledge Base to follow:

  • Smartphones from blackBerry Bold 9780 - need assistance to fix "App Error 603."

    My Blackberry Bold 9780 white screen 'App Error 603' watch and several JVM error for the last two days. I tried to install a software update using Blackberry Desktop Software. The update will install to the point where the camera is supposed to turn it back on. Restarting stalls about 3/4 of the way, therefore impossible to properly install the software update.

    (Before I tried the software update and was able to turn on the phone, I did a deletion of all user installed application security.) In addition, during the installation of the software update, error 507 return temporarily.

    With a strong carrier network (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):

    1) register HRT

    2) Remove and return Service books (pre-BB10 only devices)

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone

    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

    3) restart

    • Pre-BB10 ONLY devices. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.
    • Peripheral BB10. Hold the top button until the counter reaches zero. Wait for the unit to be completely stopped (for example, nothing appears on the screen, no lights, etc.). Hold the top button until the red light. Wait through the entire boot process.
