  Well that's interesting... and you certainly then contact your provider. They may have (intentionally or not) staggered to a plan that includes the e-mail still disables browsing on the web. Or, there may be a problem with their network. In any case, only they can watch "behind the scenes" to investigate.

  Scroll down to the Advanced

  Highlight an active and press Menu > edit

  and set the notifications you want. See your messages, yahoo, etc..

  FYI - BES = Blackberry Enterprise Solution (or server)... it is not strictly for the Exchange...

  Use of the file is a feature of BES. So if you use it, then it is not available.

  Click device > restore.

  Now, you will see a file backup that restore you. You can choose to restore everything in one fell swoop, or choose to do a selective restore of only some databases, such as the address book, calendar, etc.
