  Recently all of a sudden the clock and bedside mode are not workin, they open, give me a black screen, and then close.

  I did a factory reset then it works, when I restore my data that it stops working again.

  I need a way to RESET the clock app native to get it working back, erase all data of alarms and everything that touches, but still, that's not an option in BB10 and it is causing too much inconvenience.

  The only thing I can suggest is to do the wipe and then not restore the data, I realize that means that other applications are not restored either.

  However, as I know there no other way to remove the data from bedside apps.

  I hope someone here has much more knowledge I can help out me.  Long story short, curve 8330 first, did work properly (only got Friday night).  Before I brought, I save the info so I'd still have my contacts list.

  Came home with new Curve 8330 and it worked all the great and had all my e-mail set up, used the restoration of my blackberry Desktop Manager (really just wanted my contacts) and it erased all my new icons I had on my new 8330.  Is it possible to recover? I had an icon for every email add I had set up on my Blackberry.

  I already have the battery and reboot, but still no icons email, even if they are always put in place under my email settings icon.

  I have a Blackberry Curve 8900 and use Entourage 2008 on my Mac for notes, calendar, and contacts of sycning.  Everything seems to sync both ways very well - outside of calendar events created on the device.  They synchronize with Entourage.  In addition, the changes I make to an event on the blackberry is not updated in Entourage.

  I recently bought a Blackberry Storm 2, and I use Entourage 2008 and installed the Blackberry Desktop Manager. I had a few problems just getting up and running together. But now that's happening, everything seems to work fine schedule and even create events on the device. When I sync appear in Entourage, although they do not have a category.

  I am trained on technical support for Windows 7, and I do technical support for Windows 7.  At the moment I have no training to win 8 support.  If your device is running Windows 8 - RT, I would put a strong bet on a compatibility issue with the link for the phone drivers.   I think of how link installed on Win 7 systems, that it comes with its own drivers. I never watched very closely into that because I never had a problem with the link using Win 7.  I had some problems with XP on some older computers. Without the software Link installed Win 7 installs its own generic drivers.

  I also found with Win 7 computers with the former manager of office installed, these drivers to work also with the Z10 to charge and be able to read the card SD and memory of the phone via the USB port. Software Desktop Manager does not work with the Z10.
