    2) uninstall all the BB OS packages from your PC,

    (3) make sure you have the BB Desktop Software already installed

    (4) download and install on your computer, the BB OS package you want:

    • If all you want are the levels of BONE, it is first sorted by carrier - the carrier supports, your search will be fast. However, some carriers are much slower than others to release updates. To really get the package up-to-date OS for your BB, you need to dig through and find all businesses that support your specific model BB and then compare the BONE levels they support.

    5) remove all copies of the SELLER on your PC. XML... There will be at least one and maybe 2, and they will be located in the same way or to (it changes based on your version of Windows) these files:

    • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
    • C:\Users\(your Windows username) \AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML

(edges and around the screen) But he get caught suddenly, and also when am pressing an icon, phone highlights another icon. (as axample, when am pressing contacts in the home screen, phone highlights two contacts and sms). As I suppose, at this time there the phone detects it as multi touch and so I can't support what either. When am reset (battery pull) the phone, it solves the issue for a few minutes or hours, subsequently faced the same question.

    I tried to fix it by putting a piece of paper to the battery cavity, but nothing has changed.

    Hi guys. so I've updated my software on my bb curve 8520... Well the bb desktop software had asked me to do the experience works best with my phone. but it turns out to be the opposite. I can not call more I get this message when I try to call someone "can't call the current call" or if I managed to call I can't hang up unless the caller hangs up. my memory card is not working, or more, music and videos say 'impossible to read the content' but I can see all my photos. I can not view my airtime balance or update my bis. I tried to connect my memory card on my pc and it works fine when connected but as soon as I disconnect plays anything from my phone. I rebooted a million times. formatted the entire phone but nothing works! my alarm does not sound and sometimes when someone me the your text does not ring SMS. the update is performed from a 107... something to an update from 1788.     only the low volume button works in mode 'browser '. This means that I have no sound when watching

    It's a shame that (after doing a full backup successful with Desktop Manager) that you don't accidentally lose or drop it repeatedly on a marble for example floor. Or find it in the driveway accidentally hit by the car after a cataclysmic weather random event. I know most owners insurance contain provisions that can cover or help with the costs of replacement.

    There is virtually no diagnosis of those - they are the equivalent of random errors in Windows for which trace the root cause is futile. Basically, here's the last out in the programming code - some event occurred for which there is no event handler in the code. The patch is an update of the code that handles the event... but, again, what is the event is almost impossible. So, there are a few things to try:

    Sometimes, the code simply is damaged and needs to be updated - just like a reboot:

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

    If it doesn't boot properly, then you need to try Safe Mode:

    There may be a code updated to the value of the carrier - check out them through this Portal:

    The toughest possible causes are a bad application behave. To find it, there are two options. Is to see if you can read the log file:

    Hello, I need help with my bb 9900, OS 7.1 package 1424 (v7.1.0428, platform 5.1.0338). Some of the apps repeat me this error, such as SMS, BBM and email. The other apps still work. This problem in passing when I deleted all messages from one of my email accounts. Once I deleted it, I made a stop down by pressing ctrl alt del, and when he came he did nothing so I reboot several times by removing the battery and it has started to respond after I realized that e-mail icons have disappeared. Now with the last restart, the BBM works apparently but with the e-mail account, I tried deleting and adding several times, but I can't see any icon email, only the general one, but when I try to open it does nothing, but I see that I have emails. Now, the BBM just gives me this error: eception exception: application net_rim_bb_qm_peer (320) does not. end process, and now the phone is freeze. I'll reboot again need help!
