  I experienced delays up to 6 hours between the time wherever an email hits my computer and my BBerry.  I checked the settings and took the floor to ATT and Godaddy, and both believe that the question rests with BBerry.

  FYI, I have with godaddy and POP3 imap email service on my computer and the BBerry picked up the change in imap with no problems.

  Having e-mail receiver problem quickly. Sometimes I get them in a minute or 2 to be returned, but most is received between 9-19 minutes after they are sent. Have no problem bringing istantly form the server on my desktop using outlook or one of the earlink programs.

  any delay in the shipment of Blackberry.

  Thoughts? Patches? Almost tried everything.

  Thanks for the bad news! It's funny how Earthlink or T-mobile could give me an answer with blaming them the other when the answer might not be what I want to hear throughout, but is very simple... BlackBerry doesn't support except by Yahoo, Gmail and AOL Instant Messaging. It seems that cellular companies would let customers know, but I guess they want the sale.  I hope that the options will expand or I change e-mail providers.

  You want to disable the redirect... or on the HH under Messages > Options > e-mail settings, you want the value 'Send Email to handheld' no.

  With a strong carrier network (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):

  1) register HRT

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
  • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

  2) books of forwarding Service

  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
  • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

  3) restart

  • With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.
  • See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope that will move things again for you! If this isn't the case, then you should contact your mobile provider for formal support.

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope that will move things again for you! You can try these few points in your process... either now (on 7.0.0.513) or after you re - try to upgrade to 7.1.0.366.

  Please try to start your machine in Safe Mode, if you are able to start and then connect your device and run office software, first make a backup, then you should try to charge your device OS.
