  I read here somewhere that the works of 6.0 newly released on the 9300.  There was a post saying that the same download would not work on the 9330 because device-specific software.  Other than the built-in memory, 256 k 512 k vs, what are the differences between phones?  They are so different that the code must be written specifically for each phone when the applications will work on 10, 15 or 25 different phones?

  I am new user of BB 9360. I activated a BIS plan. Now when I turn on 3G optional Mobile 3 G network on top with a BB symbol next to him get but when I turn on 2 G instead of 3 G Mobile network I get written EDGE the high right referring to the page.

  So, that means?

  Again, I am able to properly set up my e-mail account and getting the push-mail service but the App World, Facebook App BBM works not despite a BIS plan that supports the foregoing.

  Please give a solution.

  With a strong carrier network (for example, not WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... ( Please wait for this before moving on to the next step) :

  Sorry, I don't know. I have no way of knowing with absolute clarity. I can only refer you to the resources through which you can do your own research.

  In general, there is no other difference in the Submodule of peripheral BB10. As a general rule, only radio technologies/frequencies are the differences between the submodels, with all other components remaining unchanged. The main difference is the material of the antenna (to manage all of the technologies/RF).

  Note that the reason for this is that there are simply too many different technologies/RF used in our world to allow any single device contain the necessary equipment to deal with these differences. Remains no true universal "telephone"... as such, the physical device to be so great (so as to contain all of the different material) that it would be unacceptable to the consumer population. Thus, submodels evolved as a method to have the same factor fitness, but of different capacities for the different carriers in the world.

  If carriers unify all and all use the same together smaller frequencies/technology, then the need for the subtemplates would evaporate. But, alas, we are not there.

  Has been able to sync without problem before Christmas.  Copied personal records on memory stick, then to the laptop.  Return process, reverse, Overwrite original files.

  Now unable to complete sync process and do not know what is happening.  Believe the items entered in Schedule BB have been removed in the synchronization process, but no message appeared to support.

  Software problem?  Restart the computer?  Reload the software?  Others?

  If the software, please give a link to the current version of the software for BB 8800.

  Basically, you want to try remove the intellisync folder and reconfigure the configuration settings.

  If the problem persists, you may need to remove specific databases on your device.

  so, I downloaded pocketmac for BB 4.1 and was able to sync once. the second time I plugged my BB to my mac via the usb port, it would not yet show any connection. When I try to sync in any case, it tells me that no device is found. Help, please. I love my mac and my BB and I don't want to have to switch to the iphone or the at & t.

  I have no problem with my phone so far - but this morning all of a sudden my message text and MMS folder suddenly only shows my emails.

  I can send texts by going to 'compose SMS', but when I get an answer I don't see the text message... I tried to play with the menu Options and the display folder in my text and MMS Inbox, but nothing seems to work!

  I assume that you must have changed some settings (I haven't touched this but anyway...) - I would like to reset?

  You have the choice of where to view your SMS/MMS messages:

  • In your main folder.

When I insert the new theme, the SMS and MMS icon is gone. My theme is set to display the first 10 icons that you see when you press the MENU key. For some reason the SMS and MMS icon is not there anymore. All other icons are there. When I switch to my old theme, he's there. No one knows what causes this problem.

  Look carefully at the API - there are three distinct objects of the Message:

  javax.wireless.messaging.Message (SMS)

  net.rim.blackberry.api.blackberrymessenger.Message (BB Messenger - 4.2.1 and higher)

  net.rim.blackberry.api.mail.Message (email)

  All three a really different classes completely different methods and properties.

  OK, normal to erase a message unread... tips try them in the order.

  If you have a new icon rogue Message on your home screen, or a negative number (-1), one of these solutions could erase or reset:

  Try these options:

  • * Hard Reset BlackBerry now ALT CAP (right Shift key) and DEL (or with the BlackBerry power, remove the battery and reinsert the battery)
  • Messages > saved Messages
  • Messages > view folders, check each folder (calls, SMS and MMS, and boxes, saved missed boxes, browser, phone logs etc.)
  • * Scroll at the top of the folder, on the title menu, click or tap to MARK PRIOR OPEN date
  • Change your theme and see if it persists and return to your desired theme. (Options > theme > select.)
  • * Clean and reload your OS.
