  my photos are stored on my media card, and I can see when I go to the photo gallery. I suggest you to do two things: the soft reboot, and if it does not, the hard reboot. Don't worry, you can not lose data with these two reboots.

  Soft reboot:
  1) struck the following three keys at the same time:
  -Alt
  -Right shift
  -Remove
  (2) wait 2 minutes for the Blackberry to wake up.

  Hard reboot:
  (1) your BlackBerry smart phone is on
  (2) remove the battery and wait a minute
  (3) replace the battery
  (4) wait 5 minutes for the device to wake up.

  The first step in troubleshooting is almost always a hard reset. If you are unsure, remove the battery while the device is turned on. Wait at least 30 seconds. Place the battery back in and then check back the e-mail.

  If the hard reset solves the problem, then you have a job to do to try to find correlations of detective.

  I just did this on my phone, so I know it works. On your phone, go to the media folder, press key (options) BB - and select Explorer. Select the device memory and find your images open, your photo will be displayed in an orThumbnails of the list, choose the image that you want to move and cut it. go back ot Media Card, then select Paste to the folder you want that it to. You may need to do this with all the pictures, one at a time, as I couldn't copy/cut the whole folder. All photo Apps that you also make sure that you place to save on media card. Good luck

  OK, so if you are doing a new installation (use your browser to go to www.blackberry.com/messenger) and install the application again, it now appears under modules, and THEN you can click to uninstall it.

  Go to your browser, Options, General Properties. Now, you will see where you can change things. I have mine to column view, global Serif, size by default and Minimum value 8. Experiment and see what you come up with.

  You shouldn't disable your network connection, if you are in a WiFi zone.

  I have a wireless router at home and can get my Blackberry on this network (wifi), but my office doesn't have a wireless access point, and I would like to know if I can still get my Blackberry on the internet like that.

  You must have a Wifi card wireless in your laptop and connect to your BlackBerry via WiFi.

  There is not a data cable or bleuthooth connection.

  Are you referring to the list that is displayed when you go to settings and press the search icon in the upper right?

  If so, you can delete the registration by going to settings > Apps > ALL view (forehand three times) > settings > clear data.

  I use the Red "hang up" next to the track wheel to close.  I think that he just put in "standby mode", but I use my BB for the alarm too, so I use this mode.
