BlackBerry smartphones the display of images in the field of horizontal scrolling in blackberr

Hi I want to show images in the horizontal field Manager and scrolling from right to left. focused image to see the place.

What you ask is not trivial and will require a bit of reading as well as essays and substantive errors.

Start by reading from this base.

Once you have been through this, so try a few options and ask questions.

I'm not aware of a KB article or thread on this forum that corresponds exactly to your needs, but there are lots of similar questions, so search the Forum to find answers too.

Good luck.

  • Move the focus from the listfiled to the particular label (horizontal scrolling problem)

    Hello

    In my application, I have some labels (which are focusable) at the top of the screen that I put in the manager (hfm_lbl) horizontal field with horizontal scrolling.

    After hfm_lbl, I have a listfiled.

    Now when I scroll to the top of the listfiled (i.e.from from bottom to top), the focus moves to top but sets the last menu of the hfm_lbl.

    I want the focus to specify the label of perticular.

    Any help is appreciated...

    Thank you...

    drawFocus won't help with this.

    The problem is only a HFM, when focus activates it by underneath, will automatically set the focus to the last item in the list.  Therefore, substitute this transformation.

    There are actually two options, depending on whether you want to override the onFocus method, or use a FocusChangeListener. I know that some people have had problems with the onFocus() substitution, so recommend the listener. But I never have, so after you will find a sample of the code that I use in this circumstance.

    The thing is that the treatment in the HFM should remember the lastFocusField (one of your labels) when the focus is moved there.  This challenge, I'll leave with you.  Still, he has a variety of options and not better.  So whatever you think probably will work fine.  One option is to set the HFM as a FocusChangeListener for all the domains that are added and then remember the last one, who won the point - then the treatment is autonomous in the HFM.

    The following codes assume that lastFocusField is a field in the HFM, one user had developed on before the ListField moved t.  This method overrides onFocus() in the HFM.

    protected void onFocus (int direction) {}
    super.onFocus (branch);
    If (direction! = 0 & lastFocusField! = null) {}
    UiApplication.getUiApplication () .invokeLater (new Runnable() {}
    public void run() {}
    lastFocusField.setFocus ();
    }
    });
    }
    }

    Edit: I think that Simon and I had to answer at the same time.  Just to say, in my experience in this case, you might be able to do it with moveFocus(), or navigationMovement(), but not as easily as onFocus().

  • After Firefox 12, some form in our help desk application fields do not display correctly. They appear as fields of horizontal scroll instead.

    We use a system of assistance to work (remedy of the BMC IT Service Management). In version 12 Firefox, all fields are displayed correctly in the form. However, if I switch to a version higher than 12, some fields appear as fields of horizontal scrolling (without displaying the data in them). Therefore, I am forced to stay on version 12 for the work.

    Found that it is actually a problem with the BMC Remedy system in use (version 7.1). Here are the details if anyone is interested: https://communities.bmc.com/communities/message/256456

    My blackberry has recently stopped saving images in the folder "images", instead, they are only saved as files > shirts > Media Card > BlackBerry > photos. Have not been able to figure how to get it with images automatically saved in the pictures folder. Any help much appreciated!

    my photos are stored on my media card, and I can see when I go to the photo gallery. I suggest you to do two things: the soft reboot, and if it does not, the hard reboot. Don't worry, you can not lose data with these two reboots.

    Soft reboot:
    1) struck the following three keys at the same time:
    -Alt
    -Right shift
    -Remove
    (2) wait 2 minutes for the Blackberry to wake up.

    Hard reboot:
    (1) your BlackBerry smart phone is on
    (2) remove the battery and wait a minute
    (3) replace the battery
    (4) wait 5 minutes for the device to wake up.

    Please tell us if it works for you.

  • Database of blackBerry Smartphones the address book not available for synchronization

    ... "For help to resolve this problem, refer to KB19454 in the Knowledge Base of Blackberry Desktop Manager".

    I did, and it says this:

    Cause 1: the BlackBerry smartphone does not contain the PIM application you are trying to synchronize with. For example, the screenshot above error has occurred as a result of the application of tasks is not installed on the BlackBerry smartphone.

    Then, of course the BlackBerry has the address book app installed, and if it wasn't the cause.  I followed some of the sons of other related expenses and came up with nothing.

    I synced before - first time that successfully, this worked great, the second time that he kept failing, so I changed the setting to REPLACE my address book on the BlackBerry each sync, who has worked several times, and now this.

    GRRRR... of ideas?

    Worked like a champ, with the only exception to the process.  When I looked at my address book to the end, he had more than one entry for each record.  So I went back to the process, but this time, before you reconnect and resynchronize, I deleted manually additional entries - for some reason, they were still there, even though I "erased" address book information!  I'm guessing that these entries were originally a part of the problem.  Anyway, once deleted I've reconnected, resynced ' by replacing ' content of the BB for the address book - and now I have great 2-way synchronization job. • BlackBerry Smartphones The JVM 102 error with a touch...

    If I get the dreaded error 102 Reset JVM on my Pearl 8130.  I've searched the forums and the common suggested solution is to connect the blackberry to the computer and run the application loader in Desktop Manager.  I downloaded the latest version of DM and have downloaded the software later exploitation of my provider's site.  When I start the application loader, it shows my PIN and request a password for my device.  I still can't remember a password.  So I tried everything I can think of.  No matter what password I put in the list of applications is rising and I take what I want to load.  When I click on "Finish", after a minute or two to try to connect to my blackberry, I get this message:

    "The desktop charger is unable to connect to the device.  You may need to enter the password on the device. »

    The problem is that I can never remember set a password for this phone in DM.  So I have no idea what password they might require.  I tried my standard password for everything, "blackberry", my phone number and tried without password.  The password is still here?  Any help would be greatly appreciated I feel cut off from the world without my blackberry (I know, it's a problem).  Thank you!

    I thought about it!  The first thing I did was to download the latest versions of the software of the device (something Verizon 4.3) and Office Manager (v. 4.5).  As ever, I remembered having to enter a password before, I uninstalled 4.5 and redownloaded the previous Director of office version 4.3.  He never asked a password and I was able to reload applications and we're back running.  I lost all my contacts from phone, but better than having to pay $50 for a new franchise!  Thanks for all the help.

    Undue salvation,

    Welcome to the support community!

    You are able to test with another battery? If this does not help, and if you have access to a computer, I recommend to backup your data using the BlackBerry® Desktop Software and perform a clean reload of your BlackBerry® Device Software in order to avoid any problem of software that can be the cause of the black screen. For additional instructions, see the following KB articles.

    For Windows®: "how to perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry Device Software for Windows' http://bbry.lv/GI9beY
    For Mac: "Perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry smartphone application software on a Mac using BlackBerry Desktop Software" http://bbry.lv/J0UN1U

    Please verify that the problem has been solved before restoring all the data from your backup file. If the problem is not resolved by the steps above, then I suggest to contact your service provider for other options.

    I hope this helps.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones not all embedded images are displayed in the email

    Hello, I have faced this problem in my Blackberry 9900 where I can see only one image in the body of the email (embedded). The original e-mail that was sent to me has two JPEG images embedded, but in my email of BB, I see one. However, if I check the same e-mail in Outlook, I can see two images. I have activated following things: 1) Enable HTML email) 2 Download Images automatically as I tried to get pictures, but it won't help. Please advice that I use my BB for my business purpose, and this is the cause of the pain. Appreciate the help! Version information: BlackBerry brand & model: 9900 7.1 Bundle Network Mobile 1149 (5.1.0.276 platform v7.1.0.342): 1010 G next

    The first step in troubleshooting is almost always a hard reset. If you are unsure, remove the battery while the device is turned on. Wait at least 30 seconds. Place the battery back in and then check back the e-mail.

    If the hard reset solves the problem, then you have a job to do to try to find correlations of detective.

    What is happening on an e-mail account and not others?

    Is there something different about the images that don't charge against images that do?

    Can you reproduce the problem when sending messages with attachments picture of yourself?

    A few possibilities,... I wonder...

    The problem could be just some temporary problem with the software of the device that will be corrected with a hard reset. I have

    You use a legacy BlackBerry. Old software. BIS no doubt. Be prepared for the result that there is no solution.

    The issue could be a problem between BIS and the personal account. Maybe it is intermittent, maybe not.

    If the problem is specific to an account, the solution could be to use a different account.
