So I then installed Gmail on my BB to try and access it that way, but my Gmail would not put up right, so that didn't work. And, finally, I tried downloading the desktop software and then goes to the link on the BB site which allows you to install the application via page web connection for the desktop software, which then connects to your phone. But when I get to the connection of the installation part, it says that my 'radio' must be on and he is off and so can't do the installation. ?
