BlackBerry smartphones, I can't add or delete the account of BB

Hello, my name is Roda, am new BB user less than two months, and I started to hate.

for a week, I have not received an email that I've been on my BB, so I went to the email setup again and I found a msg

"A new phone smart blackberry has been detected. You must move your email accounts to receive emails on this device. To move an e-mail account, you must type the password. "At least an email address must be moved to set up email on this device" [email protected] Email delivery of your old device stopped to move Email account or cancel "

The paragraph that precedes is the exactly what is showing on my device, for your information, does not change my BB device, so I'm not sure why this msg assume that old and new device has been detected, in any way, I tried to move my email as received msg. If I click on 'Move the e-mail account' was asked to enter my password - I did as I know my password for 8 years now, and there is a small icon 'Validate', I click on it after you have entered the password. and I'm trying to make this work for a week now and I get the same msg: "password not VALID [email protected] email." Check your password by e-mail. If the error persists, conact hotmail.com' by the way, the password is correct and use it everywhere, no connection problem hot mail by the website or msn messenger and it is less than 16 characters, I need your help and advice please for this problem, I tried to call our network provider they inform me that this problem is not on their side even if they tried to solve it, but it cannot be resolved, I also formatted my BB, but I've been ever after formatting it, always my email indicating with the same msg.

Also note that I tried to access from the following:

(a) mobile web browser through blackberry page home-communicate-mail e-Windows live Hotmail-incorporate now - integrate your e-mail e-mail-launch configuration - your carrier is not supported at this time
This happens with other accounts, I have try to creat (YAHOO, GMAIL...)

(b) of the mobile device by Email of INSTALLATION settings... then it will come the long steps I mentioned above.

Hi and welcome to the Forums!

Firstly - as your official support channel and the provider of the BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) for you, really I'm surprised that your operator you can provide no support or the resolution. They actually manage the BIS system and your BIS account... then they should certainly be able to solve this problem.

Indeed - I think they should... of what you describe, something weird happens. I do not know what that (I have a suspicion, but I don't like what I suspect), but only your carrier can investigate the "behind the scenes" to see what is happening. In addition, if they cannot understand, they have the ability to climb to the RIM base for assistance... here in these forums, this can't happen.

I suggest contact you your carrier and do not forget to press on for climbing. Anything happens, they need to solve.

PS - my "suspicion" at the top, it's that something about the supply of your BIS account got confused with another user/BB on your network of carriers. If so, then they should completely remove the two BIS accounts and recreate from scratch. But, once again, that cannot be done within their system... in which they alone can access.

    Given that you have reactivated the BES. Fact you restore the backup first and then turn on the BES. If you have completed what you can has erased some of the infromation on the BES activation.

    When I asked to download it says that it was already there I wanted more new version. He said yes, download seemed to work but no icon or the means to access - before or after the last download.     This means that you have business service that allows only an email, you will need to obtain services of BIS on blackberry in order to add more emails to your device.  Call your carrier and tell them you want to be able to add personal e-mails, but also to keep your current corporate plan as well.

    I just bought a Brand New Unlocked BBB 9700 T-Mobile, its open so I can use it with any GSM.

    But I have a problem, I can not create new e-mail (gmail, yahoo, msn) account and this will make me worry.

    I just go to settings > Setup Wizard > E-mail configuration > after I see only one blackberry enterprise server I have, but if I keep asking me for the email and the password... I also see and PIN number it.

    Please suggest me what to do.

    BB services are not 100% comparable to others. They are different, using different technologies. For example, other technologies use an e-mail client on the device that must constantly question for the "what's new" email servers BB, in contrast, uses the BIS service that is hosted by the carriers and the RIM... BIS is the questioning of the email service and only generates traffic for the BB when there is "news". It's just one of the differences. But suffice it to say that BB has a different product and the market continues to allow them to collect a tax of premium for it (even if the debate as to how long it will last can certainly do rage... without me well!).

  • BlackBerry smartphones, how can I transfer photos from the map SD card in my Panasonic camera in my Blackberry "BOLD"?

    I will visit China this summer to see the solar eclipse on July 22, take pictures with a Pansonic Lumix camera. It uses a standard SD memory card.

    I want to transfer pictures to my Blackberry 9000 "BOLD", so I can then upload them on a blog. I won't have a computer with me. Is it possible to get a SD card reader which can connect to the USB in the Blackberry and transfer files directly in the Blackberry?

    If not, is there a bluetooth solution?

    Note that I tried to take the microphone out of my Blackberry SDHD card, put in an adapter and insert this in my Panasonic camera, hoping that I could store my photos directly on the micro SDHD card. It does not work. The camera is complaining with a memory card error (probably due to incompatibility between the standard SD and SDHD, I guess).

    Any ideas?

    Forget the above post, I just had a cup of coffee and then realized:

    1. I think the Blackberry "BOLD" can use ordinary micro sd (and not sdhc) cards.  They come in 1 GB and 2 GB sizes with adapters for $ 5 to $ 10.

    2 use a regular mic with its adapter sd card in your camera.  When you want to send photos, take the adapter to the camera, take the micro sd adapter and pop card in your phone.

  • BlackBerry smartphones, I can't access my e-mail account on my Bold 9780

    Can you please help me.  I have connected my Bold9780 to my PC and I learned there was an upgrade of the unit and that it would take time.  I turned it off and my computer crashed (power failure). At first everything seemed ok, the upgrade seems to have been successfully installed.

    However, I can't send or receive e-mails now.  I tried to reconcile and all, nothing happens.  If I try to access my email via the settings that I just get a message saying "your camera has a problem connecting to the internet" and I gave RETRY or CANCEL I retried load times without success.  The phone and SMS work very well, but I can't access all the apps either as it is just says 'server not found '.

    Is it possible to come back to my email or I'll have to go back to factory reset.  I'm an ODP and not very technical which makes it the most annoying for me too!

    Of course, you can retrieve your email service and we will help you with it.  First of all, let's get the service books sent to your phone once again, just in case that's the problem.  From your home screen, go to Options > device > advanced system settings > host Routing Table or Options > Advanced Options > host Routing Table, depending on what operating system your phone is running.  Once on the host Routing Table, press your menu button and select Save now to have the service books sent to your phone.

    Try this and post back with your results.

    OK guys, it was a faulty earpiece speaker.

    I was going to replace it myself but visited my phone account was still under warranty and if I just got a new phone instead.

  • Cannot change or delete the account

    I need the clouds to the top, so I decided to use Dell Data Backup and Recovery. When installing, I typed my email address in evil. Now, I can't activate or delete the account. Even after uninstalling and re - install, my computer remains linked to an account that would never work, because he has a wrong email address and therefore cannot be activated.     I found that Dell is totally unable to diagnose or repair problems with the backup, I worked with them for more than a week on this subject.   The best bet is CLEVERBRIDGE that manages ecommerce your money because they don't know how to get Dell to answer or the other.

    The Dell support of front-line guys said to remove and reinstall the product reauthorize the prime key of course who has ZERO to do with permission of cloud stuff.

    They were also to make Dell but it does not appear that everyone at Dell know or care about what happens with the backup of cloud and it is sorely lacking of any opportunity to change, cancel, change, etc. one of the account settings.    This product does not seem to be really well thought out.

    Yes, is not good, because those email accounts are not available on the smart phone BlackBerry itself; in other words, you cannot connect to an account webmail from a PC and a view.

    It must be remembered the BlackBerryID password or secret answer to the question. Without either, you're stuck.
    Your choice is:
    -Use a different e-mail account to create a new BlackBerryID (with which you will lose access to all apps purchased using the 'forgotten' first BlackBerryID, or)
    -Find the initial email you have been sent to confirm the initial BlackBerryID and there are a link to click to cancel and delete the account. Click on this, delete the account and then you can use that same e-mail to create a new account.

    Shortly after the storm, I set my default keyboard to multi-tap. I absolutely loved because I had the classics 'counted' keyboard, but was still able to have Suretype capabilities due to the AutoText function (the storm is my first BlackBerry and I can't get used to the Suretype keyboard for the life of me).

    I don't know what I did today, but all of a sudden insertions disappeared and I have to spell words instead of just typing a few letters and by selecting the word. When I flip through this landscape, the AutoText works, but when I flip to portrait goes back to multi-tap. There is this weird icon in the top right corner that was never there before.

    I went to 'options' to ensure that the AutoText is enabled (which is).

    Does anyone know how to turn on automatic insertion in multi-tap mode?

    I have discovered to get predictive text in any mode, you must follow this convoluted path:

    Options > language > input Options > predictive input (check box).

    When you switch between the styles of keyboard in portrait mode, it somehow goes back to mulitap, even though the predictive text box is enabled. So, anytime he spends modes, here I'll uncheck the box, save, check again, save, then go back to the text.

    You must be in alphanumeric mode (or whatever mode you want) before you do, if that's where you want to use predictive text.

    Are you sure that you're not open your files with the free player instead of using Acrobat? And please do not post the same question multiple times. Also, try to be more specific. "I am not able" can mean many different things.
