  To attach files to your email, simply click on the play icon attached once you have the message at the top (the icon is generally that of a paper clip).
  This will open a window that allows you to browse (look around) for the file that you want to send.
  Find this location of file on your computer and click it to add it to the window and select OK.
  Depending on the size of the file, it loads a few seconds and then you will see the file attached to your email.
  Finish the email as usual and send.

  Hi all!  How can I send photos or videos for non-blackberry phones?  My daughter has a T-Mobile phone and I can't send her pictures from my blackberry.

  Thank you to Lorrie information.  This seems to happen when you try to send photos or videos to all phones except Blackberry.  I'll also contact Sprint and see if they have any other suggestions.

  I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

  (1) registry HRT

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network

  (2) remove and return Service directories

  • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

  (3) restart to take batt

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your BIS lines for these accounts.

  MMS is still loaded, but the blackberry plan allows them to be sent. There is a way to send MMS without a plan of bb, but most carriers do not support this option.

  What you need to do is to find, on your PC, the IPD file created when you backed up. Search your entire hard drive *. IPD. Then use this file as the source of a restoration of your new BB (choose ONE of these KB, depending on the version of the RIM Desktop software you have already installed on your PC):

  Copy single contacts is not a problem-

  the instructions are:-

  2, select the menu "Send this file" by pulling down the menu - contacts

  the only option I see is "send card contact followed by = blue tooth

  but there is a string currentLocation (location of the file we want to fix) parameter to MessagePart.

  so I use it directly from server how can I achieve that.
