BlackBerry smartphones are unwilling to send SVR ent...

I'll put up a new phone and the option ONLY available under - Setup - Installation Wizard - configuration of e-mail... is a button that says "I want to use a professional email with BlackBerry Enterprise Server account"... The button is clicked and can not be non-clicked.

Does anyone know how to get there so I can enter my email addresses and get this thing working properly?

OK, if you can, try the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come):

(1) dial * 228 and select option 1. Then he recompose and select option 2.

    (1) registry HRT

    • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

    (2) remove and return Service directories

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

    (3) restart to take batt

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery.     It's very very interesting... I suspect the one who talked you to ATT was not (I'll be gentle) adequate training. Contractually, end users have no way to try to contact BlackBerry directly for anything (well, not for free). Rather, the carrier should worsen your BlackBerry case and provide you more information (for example, a file number)... but just to give you a phone number means (I'm sorry), the person gave you att, because this isn't how the support system. And it's actually a bit surprising... all the reports I've heard indicate ATT to get a best trained support groups for BB to anyone... but maybe they skate.

    In any case, if the above does not work, their ring upwards and insist that they solve it correctly. Emphasis first to be transferred to the personal support of BB dedicated ATT (I think they have such a group) because it is also a mandatory step before be remounted for BlackBerry (but correctly... not the way you describe).

    You are trying to send to a BlackBerry Messenger contact. Apparently, you do not have BlackBerry Messenger contacts. BlackBerry Messenger is a separate type of the IM app on the BlackBerry ONLY for communication between the BlackBerry users.

    IF you want to send the photo, select the option to send email...

    I was wondering if the messages I send to another contact with Blackberry messenger are encrypted or not? I was looking for this online and all I could find is that the blackberry Messenger is a wrapper of BB-PIN messaging. PIN messages are supposed to is not encrypted from what I could find online - which would mean that BBM messages are not too... I'm just guessing?

    Yes, BlackBerry Messenger is encrypted from end to end, because it uses the PIN messaging as its transport.

    All traffic is exclusively on the RIM infrastructure and it never leaves.
    All BlackBerry devices share a common encryption key that is used for this purpose.

    You'll need a mms provider configuration, then

    1. you find the image you want to send
    2. press the Blackberry key
    3 scroll to send/share click
    4 then down to send as MMS
    5. click on send and then find that you want to send it to.
    6. click name there and then, he should send as normal text

    Gotcha.  Try this... can you remove e-mail accounts using e-mail configuration and add them on the mobile site?

    Since the device, go to mobile.blackberry.com
    Scroll to connect and click Send.
    Click on join now for the e-mail service you want to add and see if it works.
