BlackBerry smartphones taking 9000 staff - email issues

I'm between jobs, but my last employer gave me the "BOLD" they had owned and registered device for me. and has been activated with a BES account linked to their server.  I need is no longer the BES AccountType box on my device. This account is now closed and removed from their server.

I'll get to my problem, after saying... I now want to spend in a messaging environment where I use Outlook to receive/send/manage my personal e-mail with comcast account (knowing that I will eventually switch to gmail for storage).  I arrived at halfway.

I have synced my account from Comcast with Outlook, and that seems fine. There is nothing in my Inbox comcast more but everything is displayed in Outlook so no problem and I transferred my contacts and information calendar of the device to outlook via the bb desktop program.

The problem is with the email on the device. I have yet 2 mailboxes on Office equipment. Each mailbox can send and receive e-mail. Now here's the part I can't figure out how to fix it.

(1) the e-mail sent to every mailbox of the device arrives in my Outlook in the box, but it does not appear in each box to the letters on the device.

(2) an email sent from my Outlook, discusses prospects for box but does not touch boxes to the letters of the device.

(3) and when I send an email to my comcast account via my wife's pc, email only hits mailboxes device when my Outlook is opened/launched and thenconnected on behalf of comcast. There is no reconciliation function either as far as I can tell.

(4) so it seems the emailboxes device only get email from outside sources (in time) and when my pc has Outlook open.

I know there's that much, but enough related that I hope. Thanks to the one who can help me.

    The easiest way is, on a PC (you can not do on MAC):

    (1) make sure that you have a current backup and your BB complete... you can find the instructions at the link in my auto-sig below.

    2) uninstall all the BB OS packages from your PC,

    (3) make sure you have the BB Desktop Software already installed

    (4) download and install on your computer, the BB OS package you want:

    • If all you want are the levels of BONE, it is first sorted by carrier - the carrier supports, your search will be fast. However, some carriers are much slower than others to release updates. To really get the package up-to-date OS for your BB, you need to dig through and find all businesses that support your specific model BB and then compare the BONE levels they support.

    5) remove all copies of the SELLER on your PC. XML... There will be at least one and maybe 2, and they will be located in the same way or to (it changes based on your version of Windows) these files:

    • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader

    Do you have BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) active on your account rather than BES (Blackberry Enterprise Service) - BIS is the customer service that allows you to add up to 10 personal email accounts.

    Hello everyone, I reccently purchased a vodafone bb 8900 to my friend, I unblocked him today and I am currently using a 02 sim card. My companion had set up on the phone but deleted emails before you send the phone.

    My problem is when I try to configure my emails I go to Settings / Setup Wizard / Configuration of email, there is no option to create or add an email account. Only the possibility of using a professional email with an Enterprise Server account. And there is no shortcut to the e-mail settings in the setup folder.

    does anyone know how to configure my e-mail from here?

    My blackberry has stopped receiving my emails to gmail.  My carrier is T-Mobile.  I did this thing Service books to return several times, but don't know what it is? I send Service books but so what? I'm not clear on the process of the SB.

    I have also made many battery grips, no luck.

    Finally a solution that worked! T-Mobile and the customer service unfortunately were not able to help, but research in Motion (RIM) my phone manufacturer has solved the problem of e-mail! Apparently, the old version of facebook causes conflicts with the receipt of emails.  You need to go into your Options, Options, advanced, then Applications, then click on Facebook.  Click the menu button, then select modules then scroll down your list until you see "net_rim_bb_facebook".  Beside that, you can see the version number.  You must have version 1.2.0.35

    If you have an earlier version, delete Facebook.  When you remove it, you will be asked to reboot your phone.  When you restart, the facebook icon will be the "desktop" of your phone.  Click on it, and it will take you to the site, so you can download the new version.

    Just bought a Bold 9000 (my first BB) and very disappointed that separation of BES and BIS emails is not a standard feature. BES can be displayed via the files of common messages that shows everything, including BIS emails/SMS/IM etc. BIS messages can be seen in their respective folder (i.e. yahoo/gmail)

    There is a product like know empower (http://www.getempower.com/)is a PURCHASABLE third party product that is supposed to separate the mails, but it is certainly a good way to provide this functionality as part of your product that I won't have to sift through all of my emails and understand those who are BES/BIS.

    Empower the BTW does not work on later versions of the o/s of BB and this means that the "BOLD" is assigned. Come on guys, the sort...! Either buy empower and integrate into your device where it can be updated with your resource ample or build something that focuses a bit more to the needs of the customer.

    BES 4.1.5 gives you an option to separate BIS and BES mail. Also the sms/mms can be separated as well.

    On my Storm: the topic says it all.  My email Exchange/work and my email personal gmail, both work perfectly.  I registered my roadrunner email as an 'other' email using installation-> E-mail settings-> Add

    It does not work so I went through the hassle of the use of the BlackBerry Internet Service and check / authorizing each account separately.  Has nothing more.  I sent "Bundled Services", I received messages on everything except the RoadRunner.
