  I have several routes on my Mac in Yosemite OS X for a three weeks bike ride.  Previously, I used email to send to my phone, but I do not use this service on my iPhone 5 more.

  I read where you go to "notifications" in the settings, select Google maps and 'allow' your office send a file to your iPhone.  I don't see anything of the sort "notifications" after update the phone, I can not find anywhere to "send" a map of google on the phone file.  I received a Google ID to search this site, also without success.  Any help would be appreciated!

  I would be happy again the entire journey on the cards of Apple, if the new version is a bit more friendly, and I could synchronize my computer with phone mapping file.

  With a superior image format for your card, it is quite possible that your proportions of the image almost matches the shape of your card - and which would require the label out of sight. Since your phone and Tablet have different global proportions, that is why the label on your iPad, but not your iPhone. Your design aspect ratio and image map corresponds better to the phone, so there's less room for the label to appear.

  So to change the proportions of the image, increase the height of the map, change the proportions of page layout grid or use a different card format. The first three options are how/where twist you (stretches) forms.

• power cable 4-pin internal for a HP Pavilion Elite m9040n

  I just installed a USB 3.0 card which needs a 4 connector pins for power. There are several connectors which are white and numbered P1, P2, P3, etc. and so forth. From what I can tell, they resemble power wires to the other devices on the computer (DVD. There is a double connector coming out of them to be used for the power supply to the USB card. I think correctly? There is a power cord two USB2 plugins on the front of the computer who probably will not be used anymore. Can I steal power of this connector? Thank you

  If you had mentioned the map accurate usb 3.0 (by name), a definitive answer would have been returned. Connectors 4 pin would be a four pin peripheral or the old floppy power plug. Here is a page that describes them.

  To obtain a more accurate reading, activate your phone to use the network as GPS settings.

  Go to Options > device > do site settings, scroll to the place making it easier to choose Enabled for adjustment.

  With the network (the cell tower information) parameters and GPS working together, your accuracy should improve.  I have no explanation why your GPS alone is not very accurate (very strange), but try what I suggested.

• Import of old characters in new fuse fuse?

  Fuse 1.3 there are more zombies but in fuse cc there is only 1 male was a zombie. So I realized, maybe if I just build a fuse 1.3 zombie, I can implement the fuse cc. So I did the "skinny male a zombie ' and exported since fuse 1.3 as an obj.   well everythjng seems fine except for the fact that the male skinny zombie has looks like a normal human being regarding the texture (possibly diffuse plan?). The character doesn't sound like "zombies". I don't see the blood dripping from his mouth and all. How can I correct the texture? I tried to find the whole fuse set 1.3 folder and copy paste this folder under the folder of imported parts. thumbnails and everything works, but when I click on this part of the body, fuse crashes...

  When you import the file one of the options is to Type "Customize."  The value that "MaleFitA".  This allows you to know what base character, you have created the custom body type of (in this case we have modelled the men off base Fit male Zombie has).

  To be able to add cards to pay Apple on your watch, it will first the configuration of the area selected (like on your iPhone):

  • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: Watch My > general > language and region - check Format correct region is selected.

• My Windows Live Mail 'deleted items' folder is not empty: error 'UID store failed.

  Have you tried a repair of WLM?

  Select 'Windows Live Essentials' then follow the "repair" options.

  I have the same problem: my 'deleted items' folder will be empty. I tried the proposed repair and that did not work.

  "The messages that I get when I try to empty folder are first"an unknown error has occurred", the second:"some of the items in the deleted items folder may not be deleted"and the third in the Details tab: UID Store failed.

  My version of WLM is 12.

  I also had this problem.  Nothing would delete from a year and half ago.  Once I read THIS reply from Firedog, I started looking for where the destruction of my devices have been mapped to.  Between my phone, my office and my Kindle, (date of the problem started when I bought my new phone) and delete them all three parameters have been mapped in three different places.  Once I changed that and they were all mapped to the same place, the problem has been SOLVED!  Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  • Yes, they had received the attempt number 10 and I typed in "BlackBerry" and the phone reset to factory default. No problem
  • When I tried to unlocked, I got this message "one or more of your network codes are blocked. This prevents your device using the mobile network. Please contact your service provider.
  • Told me it was a result of enter the unlock code too many times and the phone is bricked now because of this (new to me, but confirmed by a friend... they entered the number constantly until the locked phone)

  I've learned by my operator that "BlackBerry can fix that"... which is carrier code for: I have no idea, call the mothership.

  Any suggestions? I am planning a trip to the Middle East in December and would like to have this phone to take with me. Oh heck, I just really want a Q10 and cannot afford to buy one. (Former student at the University of evil)

  Sorry to my self more clear... That said, you nailed it.

  1 Yes, the former owner has exceeded the attempt of password and the unit was wiped out. NO problem since they were interested in using it don't.

  2. Yes, the previous owner tried MEP unlock the phone from their carrier and when I checked status, got the error code mentioned in my post: one or more of your network codes are blocked. This prevents your device using the network mobile. contact your service provider... which MY carrier said so and so sad.
  

  3. your 'standard advice' answer the question that I was curious to know. Is it worth my time to go to BlackBerry and have the phone unlocked by the manufacturer?

  Given that the unlock codes were purchsed by the former owner, it's out of my control. It seems that I now possess a paperweight that looks like a Q10. Well, it was a nice dream while it lasted.

  Anyone interested in a Q10 for parts?

• BlackBerry smartphones to organize videos into folders BB 9720

  Just a a 9720 - on my micro SD memory card, photos and videos are arranged in folders on the card - as seen if I look at the map in "files" on the phone, or when connected to my PC in 'Windows explorer '.

  On my old 9320 Phone showed those files and you click on them to see the pictures/videos.

  However, on 9720, only the library of Photos shows the folders. Although it is still in folders on the memory card, when I click the icon of the video media, just displays all the videos together, does not show again all files at all, much less sorted in folders. All the videos are there, just not sorted into folders.

  How can I get YouTube videos to show that on issues like the photo, organized as they are on the real map?

  Well, replying to my own posts again... If only in this forum

  Seems you can't add video files (although of course I had them in my old 9320!)
  , some responses I got in some other more vocal forums!

  God only knows why BB design the operating system so that you cannot produce your videos - silly uttery! I mean, a crazy decision.

  But if I find a way I will post any advantage as usual

  I hope that someone will get there before me and post a reply with a way to do it!

  I read in the forum after forum on Google and Mozilla and have tried many steps like turning off "geo-enabled" in all: config, etc.

  Every thing in the settings of Google is set to 'Pause', which I think is also disabled because you can turn them off, but when I go to the site of Google Maps, it always zooms in on my position real and true.

  I tried navigating to another city and then completely close the Firefox browser, but then when I go back to Google Maps, it zooms in to my actual location. How in the heck is Google Maps knows that if the Firefox browser is not it?

  When the page opens, here's what it says in the address bar:

  with the x being the rest of my exact location of lat/long. As I said, where is this latitude/longitude information from otherwise the browser?

  If geolocation is not used, then Web sites can do a reverse DNS glance upward from your IP address and is generally not very accurate.

  Firefox will always ask for permission before using the geolocation.

  It works instantly, after showing execution of sessions with information documents.

  Run through the streets of the city / this morning and found the GPS location + map display super accurate.

  Everything works very well.
